Hotel Deloix

Went for half term. Had a room for three adults which was spacious and cleaned daily . We have stayed in Benidorm a few times now for us it was great as away from the centre a nice walk to the beach not far to Cami cove train station as we like to travel around. We had to buy a cap to use the indoor pool which was 3 euros each. Pool was cold outside however we did use this as found it invigorating. Traveled with my husband and son we found the male staff at bar and restaurant very helpful. There was always something there that we enjoyed to eat. If you want warmer food there is also a microwave available. Enjoyed our stay.

The beds are really comfortable and rooms are very clean. Food is good and good value for money. A little bit of a walk from the beach but a quiet area. Heated indoor swimming pool and massive games room for kids. Plenty of places to eat and there is entertainment in the evenings. Would stay here again.

I was a bit dubious after reading some reviews after booking but there was nothing I could fault. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast choice was vast I’m sure even the fussiest of eaters could find something here there was some of everything from cold meats to salmon, fruit, pastries and cooked breakfast. The main pool area was clean and very peaceful. (The rooftop pool was shut) although we didn’t use it the children’s pool annd play area was lovely for little ones (under 8s I’d say ) About 30 mins walk to beach and 7 euros for taxi back although there was a bus stop right outside hotel. It suited us to not be “in the thick of it” and it was a pleasant stroll down. Overall An enjoyable stay

The hotel itself is great very clean and functional and what you would expect. But vague on a lot of things how to connect to the internet and certain things you would need to know but a really strange place in that respect. Pool,Bar,Caffe Bar were all good and the staff there were great. Restaurant absolutely abysmal no staff ever came over and asked if you would like drinks happened once when I was trying a pudding so put me off even more very rude and abrupt I thought it was me but there was 8 of us and all said the same tried different days but made no difference at all and the variety of food was poor in my eyes and when you have elderly people coming in for there dinner and having to go to a dirty table is out of order and they sat there got there own cutlery and sat with dirty plates in front of them I felt very sad for them out of order really not a **** experience in my opinion.

Me and my boyfriend very much enjoyed our stay here! It is around a half an hour walk from the centre of Benidorm and just down the road from Benidorm Palace. It was a nice easy walk into town. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious, the pool area was very pleasant and relaxing and the food was very nice. We were amazed at how good it was for what we paid! Would definitely recommend and stay here again :)

Had a lovely 7 days at this property on a half board basis, very clean, comfortable hotel with great facilities, did not encounter any issues. Reception - 24 hours always very helpful Rooms- Different grading of rooms depending on view , ours had internal view of hotel gardens etc, not a problem as we didn’t spend hours on the balcony which was comfy and good sized. Beds were very comfortable, smart tv, fridge/mini bar beer / coke €2 etc. Free safe for passports/ cash etc - you just need to reset a number unique to your self. Plenty towels ( pool towels available from pool bar - €1) lovely bathroom. Room serviced daily - good standard. Now I stay In Benidorm regular, and stayed at the Flash and Gala Placidia lately , and these rooms are better plus it’s the only room ever in 30 off visits to Benidorm in last 10 years - where I have not heard and street noise- 💤😴 Breakfast/ Lunch - Very Spanish won’t suit everyone , but at breakfast always back bacon and fresh fried eggs available with the usual entertainment at the toast machine. Lunch - Buffey style , lots of fish but again we didn’t starve- I don’t like most food at UK hotels - so I’m going to struggle at Spanish ones lol. Pool- Superb , spacious lots of sunbeds - best part of the holiday Hotel Bar- Didn’t use it a lot , but reasonably priced good range of drinks Entertainment- did not take part, but activities available all day and visiting performances on occasion Staff - All brilliant , very friendly. Location - It’s out of the way, but it’s served by good bus routes €1-60 to any where in Benidorm, €7-00 in a taxi to the old town, € 6-00 to indoor market area. But you can walk to the indoor market in about 20 mins Although it’s on the way out of town past the Benidorm palace , there is supermarkets and a good couple on bars on the door step and this includes the lounge, which was always a good starting point. I think this a gem of a hotel offering a peaceful relaxing stay on the outskirts of Benidorm , and I would not hesitate in staying here again. It’s also very popular with Spanish functions, conferences, weddings etc.
