Gran Hotel Bali

La ubicación si buscas playa y tranquilidad es perfecta, pero si buscas el jaleo de la fiesta y demás, ya estamos hablando de unos 3 km del hotel. La única pega que le pondría es la comida, poca variedad para un hotel 4 estrellas. Eso sí, las vistas y el ascensor panorámico espectaculares! Pdt: mejorar el tema de la comida porfavor; también aprovechar esas mesas que tenéis para poner más variedad de comida y no repetir la misma comida por cada lado del buffet.

Todo de 10 me gusto mucho este hotel y su personal muy amable,la piscina y los mojitos de mi favoritos, la cama muy cómoda, la ducha súper amplia, todo genial volvería mil veces 😁

Servicio magnífico igual que las instalaciones, la comida, mejorable algún mediodía, pero buenísima, y atención siempre genial en recepción, y esperando volver el año próximo. Única petición, más jabón y champú en el baño.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo en este hotel y por supuesto, en Benidorm. Aunque ya lo conocíamos, nunca deja de sorprendernos. El hotel muy agradable, aunque nos hubiera gustado estar en una planta más alta y con mejores vistas. A ver si la próxima vez lo conseguimos, ya que me gustaría volver. El buffet del desayuno nos ha parecido muy variado y abundante. En fin, una estancia con todo lo esperado y más.

Booked 2 weeks before we went , with my 2 children aged 12 & 15, 2nd time staying at the hotel. We also stayed in June last year. Arrived at midday, check in was busy but they gave us our room straight away. Room was clean & comfortable but bathrooms needed some improvement, tired /shower screen leaked and drain in bathroom overflowed into bathroom so had a soapy foam flood every time shower was used, so floor got very wet. Breakfast was ok,churros were a favourite on that day,and popular ,there were queues as chef struggled to keep up with cooking them. Evening meal was better, lots to choose from all hot / fresh different theme every night, plenty of desserts to choose from. We went to the supermarket and stocked up on drinks to put in the fridge in the room, and there a nice bakery there that we used for lunch . There are restaurants right opposite the hotel that were always quite busy, but children were happy with hotel evening meal . There were activities in the day in the pool, and evening entertainment that were ok. Didn’t have a problem getting sun beds, didn’t feel the need to reserve them either, pool area is clean . Spent a day at the beach, 10 min walk, several shop on route to buy the obligatory inflatable to use in the sea. Bus stop right outside to go into Benidorm. I do think there should be a smoking area at the hotel pool,nothing worse lying on a sun bed with cigarette smoke wafting all around You . We enjoyed our break .

I booked this holiday as a late deal to treat my husband without first reading the reviews…Mistake!!! This looks like a 4* hotel in the entrance and reception area but the rooms are very tired and dated Very disappointed as this is definitely not a 4* if you have booked a standard room. If you have booked a suite or deluxe room then you may be ok. There were always queues at reception as it is a huge hotel. Cleanliness needs to improve. When we got to our room the smell was awful of drains and the sheets hadn’t been changed from the previous occupant. The bed was full of body hair. I went to reception to complain and request another room. I was told there were no other rooms unless I paid for an upgrade so they sent a cleaner to change the sheets and spray air freshener! I was so upset and felt sick at the thought of sleeping there so spent as little time in the room as possible. We were only B&B but the plates for breakfast were always dirty with baked on food. The pool area is dangerous with parasols that keep blowing away in the wind. One flew across and hit me on the head and cut my husbands leg. Staff not really concerned. They need to be anchored down better. All in all wouldn’t return

Stay away if your not spanish ‍♂️ the most ignorant lazy staff work here who will ruin your hard earned holiday. I took my 8 year old daughter a couple week ago on our first holiday abroad and this hotel ruined it ! I checked inn but later realised they only checked inn my 8 year old ‍♂️ the room had just been cleaned but after unpacking our cases barefoot i had to wash my feet as they was filthy ! The pictures are false advertisement the main feature pool with the oyster waterfall is all tarpauleened up with a sheet that flops about with debris falling off into the pool apparently this has been like this for 2 years , one pool closes every day for some reason so then you all cram into the big pool which isnt clean ! Icecream parlour doesnt open till afternoon at different times or when she can be bothered then she takes an hour to open coz you have to wait for her icecream to freeze shes more bothered about talking to lifeguard who spends most his time in there ! Breakfast is cold and only 2 little toasters are there that keep breaking down ! They are so against anyone not spanish, had same singer on 2 nights in a row singing spanish songs to spanish people so boring and the card machine charges €5 euro in the lobby ! Dont waste your money here they dont want your company just your hard earned cash ! And good luck getting a drink when they close the other bars ! It is fraud to advertise this hotel as a 4 star !!
