After having to wait until we got our room allocated imagine our shock when we thought we were given a third world room. The room was no bigger than a box room with nicotine stained walls and door frames with outdated shabby furniture that a charity shop would refuse to take in. On opening the curtains we found out that our room had no balcony and we were staring across into the room opposite meaning that we would have no privacy if they were left open. After going down to complain and ask for a different room we were told there wasn't any so we decided to book a different hotel at extra cost to us. When checking out the receptionist suddenly found us a different room but by then it was too late as we were so cheesed off we wouldn't have stayed there owing to our original experience. The photos published on easyjet holidays are a far cry from what you get. I have been in touch with easyjet to try and claim for my extra expenses only but so far it has been a case of trying to get blood out of a stone but I won't be giving up and hopefully ABTA can get this mess sorted to a satisfactory conclusion.

Before we visited this hotel, I read a lot of mixed reviews and was on the fence about it. Now that we have actually experienced it, I feel that an honest review is needed. This is a lovely hotel for a city break. I think the English has ruined this city. When my family and I did the 10 minutes walk to the beach through the city, all we experienced was drunk english being loud and arguing. As an English woman myself, I feel really let down. The hotel is really well located for a shopping holiday as it is right in the middle of town. The food is mostly fish.. so if you're like me and do not like it, then you won't find the all-inclusive that appealing.. but I did find the food to be fresh and different every night. I had no trouble finding hot, fresh food every day, and the dining staff were very helpful and attentive. We tipped them every night as they did an amazing job. My children loved the club downstairs, and the bar staff was wonderful. Even though they were very busy all night, they still had a smile for you and had no issues making my children mocktails. The rooms are very clean. The roof pool is so disappointing, and the children's slide and playarea (on a different floor) really let this place down! Overall, this is a nice place to stay if you don't mind fish dinners, a cold swimming pool and a city hotel. We enjoyed our stay here but will not be returning not because of the food or the staff but because of the location and the roof pool.

We visited late October, as family. We had one disabled guest. Overall we were happy, the beds were comfortable, the hotel in general was clean. The food was plentiful and varied, and there were kids options available too. The hotel is very close to town/beach. The evening entertainment is of course mostly in Spanish, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. They also have other activities like archery and table tennis. However, worth saying that the hotel is old, and therefore the lifts are very old and slow, and constantly full (even off season), so our disabled guest wasted so much time waiting for a lift. The pool is advertised as indoor, when in reality it is an outdoor (unheated) pool that is under cover. One of our rooms had a very strong smell of damp, where the bathroom door had got wet and warped. If you go all inclusive, you will spend a LOT of time queuing for drinks - they badly need more staff at the bars!

Hi.We just arrived home couple days ago. We spend very nice time in this hotel. Delicious food, every day different assortment. Nice environment. Every day clean rooms.Very friendly and helpful stuff. In the evening time music and activities. Thank you very much!

AVOID AVOID AVOID After a long wait at reception to check in we got our rooms which were clean but no crib provided for our 5 month old like requested, Only good points of our stay rooms were cleaned daily view from rooftop bar Waiting for lifts was fun (NOT) can take a while to travel up and down between floors. Food is what it is for a supposedly 3 star hotel think it's at best a 2 star. Evening entertainment you have to get down there at 8pm to get a table and entertainment dosnt start till 10pm if you manage to get a drink your in luck as the que gets long fast and can only get 2 drinks at a time and as a family of 10 took a while for us all to get our drinks also the same on the rooftop bar, can't fault the bar staff think the hotel is very under staffed. WARNING on your last day (IF YOU RISK BOOKING THIS HOTEL)make sure you Book early flight home you have to check out by 12pm then you have no use of the hotel for food or drinks you can get a (packed lunch) from the hotel which consists of small bottle of water and juice couple of biscuits small dry bread 2 pieces of fruit small tin of tuna and patte.

Absolutely shocking experience booked hotel over a yr ago and paid off got to the hotel for them to say I didn’t have a booking shown them all proof of booking and still wouldn’t accept it was made to pay full asking price again to stay so basically payed double the money tried claiming money back day after as advised and they had put me down as a no show!!! Would advise anyone not to go here they just rip u off AVOID AT ALL COSTS
