Room not ready so they gave us a buffet pass..beds comfy room good size..

Amazing hotel , very clean excellent staff and entertainment

La habitación y el baño sin mantenimiento, las puertas y marcos de ventana con humedad e hinchados por agua, soporte del lavabo oxidado, habitación muy básica y antigua, poca luz salvo de la ventana, cortina sucia y rota, se nota que falta mantenimiento y luminaria. El servicio de buffet muy bueno, comida elaborada y casera, libre en todo menos en la bebida que se paga al entrar y los camareros muy atentos para recoger platos y hacer el servicio de limpieza. El gym es solo lo que se ve en la foto, super pequeño y todo con cristal cerrado, una caminadora, una bici, una elíptica y unas pesas máximo 10 kg.

Buena relación calidad-precio, destacar la amabilidad y simpatía del personal, buena zona aunque un poco difícil aparcar. Las camas muy buenas pero se oía un ruido de las chapas del techo de la terraza tanto en mi habitación como en la de mis padres. La comida muy buena aunque las bebidas no están incluidas ni siquiera el agua.

We stayed here for two weeks in January. The hotel is first class. We have a great time. Hotel is very clean . Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also good with a huge choice at lunch and dinner . We have booked to come again already when we were still there . The location of the hotel is also very good in the old town but just a short walk to the new town . Can't wait to return .

The meals were the worst, EVER! As for the accommodation- reasonsble. However, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I need to write 200 characters to leave a review, hence the waffling now, only eleven more.

The hotel was fantastic, lovely staff, great service, clean and well kept. Location is a bit out of the way, but we didn’t mind as it was only 10 mins walk to old town and beach which is fine. The new town in around 20 mins walk. The only downside was the other guests at the hotel. We were a group of 5x 22-30 year olds, there for a nice bit of winter sun and exploring as none of us had been to Benidorm before. We were by far the youngest people staying in the hotel, with most other guests being 60+ . We were made to feel so uncomfortable by other guests staring at us all whenever we were in the restaurant/ main areas of the hotel. I would understand this if we were in any way rude, obnoxious or rowdy, However, we were all far too polite and mindful considering how uncomfortable all the stares made us feel throughout our stay. It really isn’t the hotels fault but it would just be something to consider if you are under the age of 35 and planning to stay here.

Three star hotel. This time I holidayed as a solo traveller, I was given a room without a balcony, but I payed to upgrade to a room facing the park, with a balcony for about 5 Euro's per day, which I felt was good value. Check in was fast and friendly. I also upgraded up from full board, to full board plus, for 29 Euros for the week, to include drinks with meals. This included wine, beer, or soft drinks. I paid a reasonable fee to use the safe in the room. If you get the chance, ask for a room at the end of the corridoor, facing towards the sea. You won't get a sea view, but will get the sun all day. It's a smallish hotel, the food was fine, not a lot of choice, but, you could always find something to eat. The show cooking chef cooked your fish or meat fresh to order, this saved food sitting around if there was nobody ready to eat it. It meant a short wait for your food, but that's OK. There was a softie ice cream machine, which was a real unexpected treat for a 3 star hotel. At breakfast the tables are not laid, you get your own knives and forks, it's a bit strange on your first morning, but after that it's no problem at all. Drinks at the bar were reasonably priced, but if you wanted a Gin and tonic, it was 6 Euro's, regardless of, if you had Gordon Gin or local Gin! The entertainment is geared towards the mainly Spanish guests, 5 nights of just records playing to dance to, with (shows) only 2 nights per week. Some night's at 11 o'clock, I was the only person left in the bar! It's a great, good value hotel, close to the old town, but for me, too far from the (strip) and new town. A number 2 bus stops close to the hotel, that takes you to the action, should you need it. I probably wouldn't use this hotel again, because of the location, but if you are happy with the location, then, go for it!

Wonderful hotel fantastic staff.arrived 19 Nov 24 to a lovely man on reception called Kieke he asked me where we would like our room I asked for a park view with a sunny balcony and that is exactly what we got ,room 314 and it was magic,the food was great only one day that my sister wasn't to happy with but hey ho one out of 10 good going for me,the bar man Fernando was a star.even managed to find my flip flop wen I dropped it over the balcony.the pool area was a delight very quiet and relaxing,our room was cleaned daily,the bathroom very chic excellent shower with loads of hot water.fridge in your room kept our cava cold.oh and a fab Mr whippy ice cream dispenser.will we go again you bet we will,thankyou Prince park for a lovely holiday best wishes to all your staff & Merry Christmas X

We arrived on 16th November for a week. Room wasn't ready so had to wait a while. Was given what I had asked for, quite room, high floor and a balcony with the sun. Room 712. Food was ok I always found something. Free wifi. Paid safe. Room was fine for us. Nice shower room. Maids everyday. Lifts sometimes abit slow. I found the location a 30 minutes walk to main bars. Bit too far for me. We caught number 10 bus to altea not to far from mcdonalds near us. A very busy bus but on way back we got on number 12 and got off near the hospital. Not too far to walk. Not a busy bus. The pool didn't get the sun till dinner then went by about 4.30. Kept moving sun loungers. That was my disappointment of the hotel. So we ended up going for walks. Had a nice holiday but location abit too out the way for me. Nice if going to old town all the time. Jet2 transfer took about 50 minutes from airport first drop off, but on return abit longer. Pick up at a bus stop across the road. Overall we had a great holiday. Didn't watch any entertainment as we went out. Got a taxi to the Cross which cost 9 euros.

Not the best, very basic. The whole place could do with a deep clean. Lack of dining room staff. Male member of dining room staff pushed me in the back to move me out of the way, I'm 69 years old. We booked breakfast as we had a bus pick up at 7.45. No record of the booking , we were told pastries and coffee. What we got was biscuits. Disappointing hotel and service
