For shared use: large terraced garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (15 x 25 m, depth 50 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's playground. In the house: lift. Parking on the premises. Supermarket, bar, bus stop 300 m. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia 6 km, Mundomar 6 km, Terra Mitica 4 km, Terra Natura 4 km, Alicante 45 km, Aeropuerto Alicante 58 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The building's facilities are subject to community standards. in a community that has several amenities. Well equipped, clean and nice. Large balcony. We had a great time in the apartment.

Wonderful stay except for the neighbors who entered 2 days before we left the accommodation (thank goodness), since they did not comply with the community rules and left the garbage on the landing in the morning until night, producing an unbearable smell

Zeer mooie en volledige woning op een uitgebreid en mooi complex. Enkel de zeer luidruchtige buren (1x november, 1x september) waren zeer storend. Zeer luide muziek, roepen, tieren, zingen overdag en ook 's avonds tot na middernacht. Ook af en toe luidruc
