Pros - comfy beds , very clean hotel , breakfast was basic but ok . Cons - it is on top of a hill so not the best hotel if you have bad leg joints as very steep !! The balcony to our bedroom 414 sloped ! So we tended not to sit on the balcony on the 4th floor ! The bedrooms are quite small and not really anywhere to put cases . Nearest shops about 15 min walk away with hills . Marina is about 35 -40 min walk .. not that we did it . We wouldn’t go back due to the position of hotel .

This hotel is perfect for those who want a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. We arrived late, around midnight, and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. She offered a map and gave us recommendations for local restaurants and bars. Pool area was small but never had any trouble finding a sun lounger and parasol, even when we didn't get around the pool until after midday. The drinks at the pool bar are a little pricey but you can take your own water and snacks, which we purchased from the supermarket a 10 minute walk away. The hotel provides pool towels which are changed every 3 days. Breakfast was a lovely, large continental selection consisting of pastry, breads, meats, cheese, cereals, cakes and fruit. There was also a small hot food selection; bacon, scrambled egg, beans etc and plenty of tea, coffee and juice. Rooms were on the smaller side but as we only stayed for 5 nights this didn't bother us too much. They were kept clean the only complaint was lack of fridge space to store our own drinks, as this was filled with an overpriced mini bar. Hotel is up a hill so you need to be aware that to get to the town or the beach it's a short but steep walk back. The bus stop is only 5 minutes away and this takes you to palma, palma nova, magaluf etc, for only a few euros. The marina is beautiful and worth visiting in the evening but get a taxi as it's a long walk. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those who want to relax and recharge but if your into partying it's probably not for you.

Needs serious improvement, we arrived at the hotel everything looked great. The rooms are small and compact not even enough room to put a toiletry bag down in the bathroom. Bed is conformable, however we was in our room and a member of housekeeping let themself in without knocking frighting the life out of me! The hotel then had a power cut in the middle of the night creating lights to come on at 4am…the following morning we had no hot water couldn’t flush the toilet or have a shower there was no coffee at breakfast available nor toast due to it being out. We was told they are working hard to fix it and it’s because they rushed to open the hotel? Well I’m sorry but leaving guests not being able to flush a toliet or clean there teeth isn’t good enough we was covered no compensation just any apology so for me I would never return because if it all goes wrong all you are getting is a sorry.

Staff is superb. I spend my week in hotels for work and I haven’t been in a place with such a great staff. Price becomes totally secondary when you are treated like that. It started with reception, we arrived at 1.30 at night and still the lady was so nice and energetic in giving us any type of suggestions. Also Zuley and Yasmina that we meet during day/night shifts were simply lovely. Breakfast and swimming pool staff again over the top. Eloy has such a smile and nice manners that makes u feel at peace and in vacation immediately. I wrote a lot but they really deserve it.

Hotel bonito y bien situado, cerca de cala y de zona de restaurantes. La habitación que estuvimos tenía un sofá y terraza. El lobby, el bar y la zona de restauración me gustaron mucho. Las chicas de recepción superprofesionales y facilitando todo, (Angela estaba ahí), en el bar y comedor nos atendieron de maravilla, (Eloy, Erica y Sandra). Aunque salimos a ver sitios comimos siempre en el restaurante: todo buenísimo, la carta concisa pero completa y a precios razonables. Volveremos seguro
