I really would want to love this hotel, but I cannot sleep at all. The room is so hot that I cannot sleep at all. The room is hotter than bathroom. And bathroom is hotter than the hotel’s hallway. I had to open the door to be able to tolerate the room temperature. And that means people will be able to see inside my room every time they pass by. I cannot control the room temperature because the aircon is centralized. I asked the staff, but they also cannot change. So I was left to stay in the room that is hot and uncomfortable at all. On top of that, the room is in the second floor and there is no lift, you have to walk and lift your suitcase manually. Overall, terrible experience.

Excellence service, Hardi and Mulyadi, the hotel front desk, help me to carry the luggage to hotel entrance.The room also clean, WiFi signal is alright during stay.

Located at Terminal 1. The hotel is on 2nd floor, but there is no elevator, you have to carry your luggage up yourself, very inconvenient

The service was good, staff are friendly and helpful, location is at the airport terminal 1 and it's near the sky train station.

No luxuries here, and it has seen better days! But it’s not about luxury, it’s about the convenience. I arrived at 01:30 and wanted a clean comfortable bed and a good shower in the morning. That is exactly what I got. I left at 11:00 feeling refreshed and ready to go into Jakarta. The staff were pleasant and helpful too, even at 01:30!

The Terminals are far apart so a car or train ride is required to get to the right terminal for the hotel. The trains is closed at night and the busses travel every 1.5 hours but for a few you can take a taxi that accepts only Indonesian rupees. Once arrived you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room which is quite compact but cosy enough. There's plenty of local restaurants for a breakfast meal in the morning and small shops.
