I stay at this hotel expecting a decent 3-star experience, especially considering the rate is over IDR 900,000 per night. Unfortunately, what I get is far from acceptable.
I book two rooms. The first one has a visibly dirty floor as soon as I enter—either it hasn’t been cleaned properly or the stains are permanent. The smell in the room is also unpleasant and hard to ignore. The second room isn’t any better, with a bedcover that has a strange, crusty-looking stain that makes me uncomfortable.
In terms of amenities, the room is severely lacking. There’s only one dental kit in a room meant for two, no hand soap at the sink, and not even a glass for rinsing—something I expect as a basic standard in any hotel, let alone one in this price range. The AC also doesn’t cool the room properly.
When I go down for breakfast at around 8 AM (still two hours before breakfast ends), most of the food is already gone. Staff are nowhere to be found and not helpful when they do appear. A trainee tells me the food will be refilled, but I wait and nothing gets restocked. Tables are still dirty from previous guests, and it’s hard to find a clean place to sit. The variety of food is also disappointing—there’s “chicken porridge,” but no chicken? It just doesn’t make sense.
To make things worse, I get woken up at 2 AM by the sound of vacuuming in the hallway. It’s absurd that cleaning is done at such an hour.
Overall, I feel incredibly let down. This hotel does not live up to its star rating or price. I’ve stayed at other hotels near the airport with similar prices that offer much better service and facilities.

The room is awesome although it is the smallest room. I have everything I need. Amenities poor due to bad experience at the massage at level 2, made me waited almost 1.5 hours even with prior arrangement with the counter. Receptionist of the hotel helped me to make the booking. Terrible experience. The massage ladies sit there for show only dun know how to massage.

Near to the airport
Transfer mini bus was difficult to find but we ended up getting a taxi.

The bang was not good for the buck.
Only good thing about this hotel was how close it was to the airport, and it has shuttle-bus service to all the terminals.
The room was way too small for the $$$ you are forking out.
The breakfast was OK tho...
Next time id' choose the Ibis Budget hotel right next to this one.

Stayed there for 1 night as our flight arrived late and conecting flight the next morning. Close to the airport but hotel shuttle only until 12pm. (Pay attention to the taxi drivers at the airport, they try to rip you off)
Hotel is ok, clean but already quite used. But still good if you need accomodaguon close to the airport.
Friendly staff, didnt try the breakfast but looked good.
