Nice place,Nice service. Indonesia's Sukarno International Airport will not be affected by traffic jams outside, especially when catching a flight.

Quiet and clean room near to domestic departure. Plenty of restaurant surrounding. Attached with their room service menu and massage price list.

Perfect location at CGK T3 check in floor Good for an overnight sleep before next flight Very small room with no window, feels claustrophobic  Central aircon not working . The portable aircon works but noisy . To access the hotel need to walk down a flight of stairs . Staff helped with carrying the luggages . Staff is friendly and helpful

Right there in the heart of T3. Only issue is luggage access need to rely on a security guard who is very helpful.

We were staying in this hotel with my wife who was waiting for her flight next morning. And that was very convenient because it allows to save lots of time before the flight. Apparently she woke up in the morning and then couple of minutes got into the second desk of Qatar Airways. Beside this hotel there is a barbershop where I made a haircut. Also there is a massage salon and some cafeterias and Restaurants. Sound isolation is also good. There are no windows in the rooms, but it’s not needed I think for that type of accommodation.

Stayed here with the family in 2 rooms as the departure flight was quite early. Good location, small simple room but in general it provides everything you need for one night only. As mentioned in other reviews, quite smelly as no windows and you have to use the airconditioning for some kind of breeze which is very noisy. Also rooms are very noisy, you will hear guests departing all night, shower/toilette of your neighbours. Shower is small, but sink did not work at all. Flooded the bathroom after showering for 2min with cold water (Hot water would take 4-5min but then you flood the whole room)

This hotel offers all you need to stay one night to catch next day flight. Checkin was swift, service very polite, breakfast is brought to you room with a smile. No complains at all.

Situated inside the Terminal 3, you basically exit the hotel and go to airline check-in. There is also spa and barber shop for added services.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had in 40 years of business and leisure travel…The service “manager” challenged me to “go ahead and write a bad review..I don’t care!” when she refused another small bottle of water for our shoebox room because we had already consumed the 2 micro bottles provided.. The room was tiny and coffin like, with no window or natural light, the breakfast “box” inedible, the ambience more like a hotel train station.. If you are considering this dump, go ahead and choose the capsule Hotel… more comfortable, convenient and half the price!
