El personal del hotel atento. Los colchones horribles. Deberían arreglar tema ascensor, el acceso para ir al restaurante con carrito es pésimo. Además, mi hijo se resbaló causándole un esguince con dos semanas en reposo por ese suelo tan deslizante que tiene muchas partes del hotel

We booked a quick 4 Nights at this hotel, Flying with TUI but booking our room direct through the Medplaya website, we arrived around 12 and our room was ready, We were in room 1723, and we were upgraded to premium all inclusive through our Amigo card, the room had a fantastic sea view, From the moment we arrived we were so looked after, check in was swift, All the staff in this hotel, cleaners, bar staff, restaurant, entertainment managers are all so friendly, they always smiled & said hello in passing, Nothing was too much trouble. The food, Amazing quality, choice, always fresh, we were all inclusive, drinks were superb choice and quality, Top brands included. Entertainment was superb, every night, quiz, free prize bingo, followed by professional singers / Dancers, karaoke and dancing. This hotel has had a makeover, to a really high standard, it is so clean looked after. Special mention to Patricia on the bar. So friendly and makes sure everyone is happy. We had such a special happy holiday and we would like to thank the hotel, all the staff and management. Special thanks to Maribel who makes sure all guests are Happy. We have recommended this hotel to friends and we are looking forward to returning soon.

From the welcome at check in to all the bar staff, restaurant staff and the cleaners I was made to feel special. The chefs in particular deserve a huge pat on the back as the food offered daily was incredible with so many choices, from delicious salads to a choice of about half a dozen hot meals. They are hidden away heroes. My room was spotless on arrival and that continued every day throughout my stay, so a huge thank you to the cleaners. The bar staff do an incredible job considering the number of people they serve on a daily basis but to be remembered as the lady who enjoyed a glass of sangria before each meal was something special. I have had a fantastic week and would definitely return again. Even cardiac hill isn't that bad and I'm 77 years old

We stayed here for 4 days lovely modernised hotel, room nice size & clean & tidy and great views of sea & pools. We stayed half board food good something for everybody staff all pleasant always a greeting, rooms cleaned everyday. Yes there is a steep hill to hotel but not a problem for us. Down the bank over the main road and your at the beach. 4 euros a day for safe & 5 deposit which you get back. Would we return here yes definitely.

Stayed in this hotel in November 2024 just got back this Wednesday and I can honestly say it was one of best hotels I’ve stayed at when holiday it was clean and modern and bonus the rooms actually look like the pictures given (unlike some hotels that show updated rooms but you never see when there) The staff was Amazing very friendly and informative when asked questions We didn’t use the pool as we aren’t pool people so can’t really comment on it We went half board and the drinks were cheap enough at dinner time it didn’t really impact the budget at all we did find the 7 up tasted a bit like perfume , breakfast you got given a choice of juice, water coffee which is included in half board at breakfast time, the food at breakfast and dinner was amazing you got given plenty of choices for everything even dessert we found it was varied on nights so not much repeat on main meals the view from our hotel room was a bonus we wasn’t expecting a sea and marina view as we hadn’t paid for it but thankful we was given one when booked (think this was because of out of season) the hill outside can be daunting but if you take your time it was ok, but if not taxis up to it are that dear around 5 euro from the marina air conditioning doesn’t work in November but we found it wasn’t really needed with the balcony door open the lifts were never a long wait unless you caught them at check out time (this is to be expected as they are quite small so would only fit two people with suitcases) the rooms were cleaned everyday and housekeeping did an excellent job overall it was an excellent stay and would definitely recommend it Thank you hotel Bali

Just stayed here 2 nights. It used to clean enough however looks tired in places. The breakfast buffet is amazing value with plenty of choice. There is kids pool and other large pools because of time of year enough sunbeds however not sure what it would be like in summer. There are dove toiletries in bathroom. Reception staff pleasant enough- good value for money
