El personal del hotel atento. Los colchones horribles. Deberían arreglar tema ascensor, el acceso para ir al restaurante con carrito es pésimo. Además, mi hijo se resbaló causándole un esguince con dos semanas en reposo por ese suelo tan deslizante que tiene muchas partes del hotel

We stayed as a family of 4 and had a large family room - all inclusive. We arrived quite late at 9.30pm. The receptionist asked if we wanted to have dinner first and then return to complete check in which was welcomed as we were all hungry. On the way to the room I was doubting my hotel choice. The corridors were very dimly lit and grubby. However the room was clean and a good size. Balcony had a very limited view so couldn’t really use it. Air con was adequate but had to be left running all day to cool down the room. Pool areas have been neglected. Quite dirty in places with damaged tiles etc. Someone could easily have injured themselves. Very overcrowded during the day. Pools are too small for the amount of people. Sunloungers are dirty and some were broken. They are not adjustable so can only lie down or use a plastic chair. We were given tokens for drinks cups which we had to return to reception on departure or face a fine of €5 per token. Good idea in principle, but I had a collection of about 12 on checkout. Anyone could just go to the bar and ask for a cup - I challenged a staff member one night about why they had just given out 2 cups with no token exchange. Some bar staff were really rude, a few were nice. Bar was understaffed and on many occasions took 5-10 minutes to get a drink. They refused to fill up anything other than your cup, so ordering glass after glass of water and pouring it into a bottle for the room was just awkward. Water machine in the all inclusive lounge did not work throughout our stay. Staff were quite rude towards people from the UK and it was very evident that there was one rule for us and another for locals. My son went into the lounge with me and totally forgot to put his t-shirt on. The staff member there was very quick to shout ‘camiseta!’ at him, however when a Spanish family entered this was not the case. Maybe she just didn’t see the 2 shirtless kids 30 seconds after telling us off. Lifeguards were similar. I dived into the deep end and I had a whistle blown and a finger pointed at me. ‘No diving!’ But again locals were allowed to do this. Maybe the Spanish dived in when he was on his phone or chatting to what seemed like his friends. They also told off another young boy for wearing a t shirt in the pool. Food - not good. Breakfast was an attempt at an English breakfast but the quality was not there. Food was lukewarm at best. Coffee machines frequently ran out of milk. Lunch and dinner were repetitive and we chose to eat elsewhere after our 3rd night. While scooping ice cream I was told off by one of the staff. The scoops had no holder - usually they are in a cup of water to clean between each scoop but here the scoops were in the ice cream. Handles were covered in melted ice cream. I picked up a clean spoon and scooped with that but apparently I was being unhygienic. On our last day we had to check out at 12. Again whilst waiting in the queue to check out a Spanish couple just completely ignored the queue

We booked a quick 4 Nights at this hotel, Flying with TUI but booking our room direct through the Medplaya website, we arrived around 12 and our room was ready, We were in room 1723, and we were upgraded to premium all inclusive through our Amigo card, the room had a fantastic sea view, From the moment we arrived we were so looked after, check in was swift, All the staff in this hotel, cleaners, bar staff, restaurant, entertainment managers are all so friendly, they always smiled & said hello in passing, Nothing was too much trouble. The food, Amazing quality, choice, always fresh, we were all inclusive, drinks were superb choice and quality, Top brands included. Entertainment was superb, every night, quiz, free prize bingo, followed by professional singers / Dancers, karaoke and dancing. This hotel has had a makeover, to a really high standard, it is so clean looked after. Special mention to Patricia on the bar. So friendly and makes sure everyone is happy. We had such a special happy holiday and we would like to thank the hotel, all the staff and management. Special thanks to Maribel who makes sure all guests are Happy. We have recommended this hotel to friends and we are looking forward to returning soon.

Positives Hotel and rooms are very clean Plenty of sun loungers , no need to reserve them. Food was really nice , plenty of choice , very pleasant to sit outside when it’s busy . Bingo and kids disco at night were fun . Nice firm beds Really powerful shower in room Great Chinese shop up the hill and to the right from the hotel that was really inexpensive ( reception staff told us to go there for pool towels ) Little all inclusive area where you could get crisps , make a sandwich and get a hot drink from 10am till 11pm ( only discovered this on our 2nd day ) short steep walk downhill to the beach Fabulous views from our balcony on the 7th floor Very quiet at night Negatives Arrived at 2am- nowhere to get a drink of water or a tea Silly green card you have to hand over to get a drink in a glass Very weak all inclusive alcoholic drinks - mainly ice and soda. You can’t get a tea or coffee at lunch or dinner without paying for it . No kettle in room Extortionate charges for safe and pool towels Only 1/3rd of staff were friendly

Brilliant hotel, entertainment amazing, brilliant selection of food, pool area was a bit dirty one day we rang reception and it was power hosed the next day! Nothing too much for the staff

I and my brother have been a number of times to this hotel and have always been extremely impressed with the high standards you receive from your arrival and throughout your stay. The reception team are friendly and welcoming and are always enthusiastic to help and assist you to ensure your holiday is a memorable one. The Guest Service Manager Virginia who has a desk opposite the reception goes above and beyond to answer any questions you may have and is always happy to help with information about the surrounding area and transport. The bedrooms we have always found to be spotlessly clean and are visited and maintained daily by the house keeping staff as is the hotel in general. The reception, bar and restaurant areas have all been recently refurbished and updated to a very high standard and are extremely impressive and resemble more a four star hotel. We were half board as always and as usual the restaurant provided a huge selection of food to choose from both at breakfast and evening meal and I challenge anyone not to find something enjoyable to eat as we are always more than happy with the quality and choice of lovely dishes on offer. There are a choice of two main pools along with children's pools which as always we found to be kept perfectly clean throughout the day with life guards on duty throughout the day. The position of the hotel we find to be ideal as it is a few minutes from the beach and the same distance to the commercial center. Finally a few words regarding the staff. I saw a recent review claiming that some staff had been a little rude. All I can say in reply to this is that I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff have been so friendly, from the fabulous team on the reception desk, the Guest Service Manager Virginia, to the Hotel Manager we have always received a very warm welcome and smiles from the moment we arrive. We are looking forward to September as we will b returning once again to our favorite hotel which is like our second home. Well done to all the staff.
