The hotel was in grait location close to the old center. Staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious with grait view. The food atvthe hotel restaurant was delisious. We recomend !

O serviço do hotel é, genericamente, bom. O quarto em que ficámos era espaçoso e tinha varanda, o que é sempre um extra interessante. Pena não terem atendido o meu pedido, nada extravagante, quanto a ter uma cama da casal, em vez de 2 camas single.

Gostei do hotel e o atendimento foi ótimo. Minha hospedagem foi muito agradável. Recomendo!

The room was clean, the staff polite, the food good and reasonably priced and location was great. However, the bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor and the pillows were foam pieces that were lumpy. The air conditioning was off, so the room was stuffy. If you don’t care about not sleeping, this would be a good place for a short stay.

We stayed a night at the Belmont Sinai Hotel during our recent Portugal road trip. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and had convenient parking. We decided to eat at the hotel instead of exploring options in town. A good decision - the food and service were excellent (thanks Carolina). A very nice place to stay.

Great location, great view from the window, good indoor restaurant. However, we weren’t told in advance that there would be a dance party in the lobby all night and the music was very loud so we couldn’t sleep. In addition the mattresses were very uncomfortable and there were little to no amenities in the bathroom.

The design of the hotel is modern and functional, and rooms have a balcony which has a panoramic view of Serra Estrela on the other side of the valley below Belmonte. Bedrooms are a reasonable size, and adequately equipped. The immediate locality has a lot of interesting history, and the town has considerable charm.

Hotel Sinai Belmonte Nice hotel located in the historic center of this little town. Plenty of free street parking. The hotel is quite modern with a spacious lobby and lounge. The restaurant on site doubles as the breakfast room. Breakfast was a nice buffet of breads, pastries, cheeses, meats, fruits and cereals. Our room overlooked the valley below the town. It was decently sized with plenty of power plugs but no designated USB ports. There are flexible reading lights on both sides of the bed. The closet was spacious. The bathroom was spacious and included a large shower(no tub) with the most vigorous water pressure we have ever experienced in Portugal. They supply a combination shampoo/shower gel pump in the shower. But like everywhere else we have stayed so far no hair conditioner nor are washcloths supplied. No refrigerator. A little balcony off the bedroom was a nice touch. Besides a small ruined castle and a few churches there is not much to see here and the town is too small to have much in the way of shopping although the tiny crooked streets are charming. Suggest that this not be a destination but a brief diversion or simply a place to settle in for the night before continuing your travels.

Very reasonable authentic food, great service and an excellent location for all the local sights! If you are interested in an easy way around this amazing small town and get some good food/service, stay here. We had the pleasure of a lovely host, giving service with a big smile and recommended some great food!

Lovely roads approaching this area. Hotel enjoys nice views and has balconies but shame there was no balcony furniture to enjoy the views. Rooms modern and spacious. Nice to have a kettle in the room which is rare in Portugal. Staff nice and food ok. But hotel lacks warmth in its decoration making it ok for a stop for one night but I wouldn't want to stay there for longer.
