I had a very disappointing experience. First of all, my credit card was overly charged four times for $170 each, even though my room was paid for through a third party. If my credit card limit wasn’t sufficient, these multiple swipes would have severely limited my travel or impacted my debit card. The holds placed on my account were frustrating, and I was not explained what was going on. The front desk kept telling me to put my card in the machine again without any clarification. When I finally asked why, despite having already paid for the room, I was told that they don’t deal with third-party bookings and still needed to put a hold on my credit card for four times the amount. I asked why I had to be charged again for an amount I had already paid through a third party, but received no satisfactory explanation. Additionally, the carpet in my room had an unpleasant smell, and there were not many channels available to watch on the TV. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations.
