In the hamlet Grabbia 2 km from the centre of Bellano, 28 km from the centre of Lecco, 60 km from the centre of Como, in a sunny position on a slope, 3 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 2 ha, large terraced garden. Barbecue. 2 km long narrow motor access to the house. 50 m stepped path to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. The apartment is clean and functional. Everything was alright. Unfortunately, the driveway wasn't designed for every car, so you can't get to the house with a normal car on the private road. That was a pity.

Cozy house with a beautiful view of the lake. Plenty of space outside to sit comfortably. It is less suitable for people with walking difficulties. The house is built against the mountain and accessible via a steep staircase.
