Easy Inn Hotel

The hotel is very old but the rooms were relatively clean. There is no coffee or water in the rooms and unavailable on site. Had an issue getting hot water but that could be because of the age. The hotel did post some awards from hotel associations but nothing new since 2014 My biggest complaint is the rudeness of the staff completely unnecessary for visitors to their establishment We asked for a few extra minutes after the 11AM checkout because our taxi was on its way and were told we had to pay very rudely. Okay that’s the rules so we were packing up and ready to leave before the 11AM checkout. Guess what a knock at the door from the rude front desk lady making sure we were not going to be a minute late. Anyway stay at your own risk.

I am writing to express my disappoin**ent and frustration with the service provided during my recent stay at Easy Inn Hotel & Apar**ent. On [2/14/2042], my wife, two friends, and I checked in at approximately 10:00 PM. While initially, our experience seemed satisfactory, it quickly deteriorated due to unprofessional conduct from your staff. The following morning, my companions and I decided to extend our stay by an additional night. We informed the front desk attendant of our intention before heading out for breakfast. We were assured that this arrangement was acceptable. However, upon returning to our room approximately three hours later, we discovered that our luggage had been tampered with, and both the air conditioning remote control and TV remote were missing. Disturbed by this discovery, I promptly approached the front desk to address the issue. The attendant informed me that the manager had personally entered our room, rummaged through our belongings, and confiscated the remotes. To my astonishment, I was informed that if I wished to retrieve these items, I would be required to pay an additional fee. Seeking a resolution, I requested to speak with the manager directly. However, I was met with dismissive behavior and was essentially told that if I disagreed with their policies, I was free to check out. This response was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. I feel embarrassed, harassed, and mistreated as a customer. the staff at Easy Inn Hotel & Apar**ent do not uphold the standards of professionalism and respect expected from a reputable establishment. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of consideration for guest privacy and the disregard for customer satisfaction. I urge you to thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. Additionally, I feel compelled to inform others of my negative experience to prevent them from enduring similar trea**ent. Regrettably, I have no intention of returning to your establishment and cannot in good conscience recommend it to others. Sincerely, Eddie Nelson

The hotel is a no frills and clean and quiet stay. The location isnin the heart of Belize City and on the way to the Mayan ruins and airport.

I think they can improve on the back patio wasnt so welcoming to relax... but overall stay was good friendly front desk clerk.

Good ac, clean, some stores nearby or in walking distance to stores and Belize sign Beach. Shower water barely got warm, small ants, fridge is shared by all guest up front not in room. Room was already ready and available to check-in when I arrived after 11am, but was told I still needed to pay extra to check in before 2 even though it was ready before I arrived.

Great prices compared to other hotels in the area. It's a basic type hotel. Has the basic stuff you need. We were looking for a cheap place near the beach. Rooms are clean, staff was friendly. They speak mostly English here and very little Spanish. I was able to translate for our group as I speak both. TV has great channels room has a desk for working, great, cold AC, beds are okay, a litte too soft for me, but no problems. Bathroom was nice and clean, staff gladly gave us more towels and washcloths, plenty of TP. All in all a great deal for the price, would stay here again. BTW, this place was recommended by another hotel at the end of the *****, because they were full.

Ok to let say the picture online put your thoughts of hotel to be Different like a live in residence hotel No Ice 1 regular fridge for all customers to use No Pool shops food or lobby in middle of Nowhere not by anything in walking Distance Old outdated needs a lot of work rooms old have nothing it’s a house key not card swipe No windows in room No view Staff Unfriendly or Concerned Kids running around Not good Location At All Run Down Waste of Money Don’t Do It Unless looking for Very Low Budget Do to Homelessness then beats the street Only Way Dissapointed Felt Disrespected By That So Called Room and Hotel

Bright and cheerful exterior. Taxi driver knew where it was. Handy to walk to restaurant. Handy for airport. Helpful staff
