The hotel room was great and the location I would say it’s super convenient but the problem is that they don’t refill the water and the tea besides the first day. I was very surprised when I called the receptionist and asked if they could bring water since the cleaning lady forgot to refill it but they say it’s only complimentary on the first day. That was shocking as it has been the first time ever to see this. Also when booking on trip.com you see that it says “Welcome Fruits” but the food only fruit I saw was at the reception on a bowl display. The ladies at the reception during the day they were amazing and super helpful but the men from the Night Shift are quite unfriendly. Overall I would recommend it but I would encourage the hotel to work on their complimentary water as it is nice to come back after sightseeing and drink some bottle water.

Cleanliness, decent rooms. Good breakfast. Quite far from the old town (if you consider walking, rather than taking a cab). There's also a gym and a sauna there (I haven't tried it though). A late check-out can be granted.

Need to improve room service, as a 4* hotel we always expect a hot water cattle, complementary some tea/coffee in the room, at least a water bottle but these service was absent.

Good location, nice hotel, good breakfasts, welcoming as everything in Serbia. Will come back

房間不錯，但是沒有按照攜程的説明提供歡迎水果和延遲退房服務。 酒店位置很好，距離幾家中餐館距離都不遠，離主要的購物街區也挺近的。早餐種類不算很豐富但是食物質量還可以。

房間衞生整潔，服務人員態度不錯，對華人很親切，酒店地理位置優越，到國家大劇院觀看演出，步行十幾分鍾，可以推薦國人入 住。

酒店還不錯， 但是4月底的天氣 進入房間有點悶。 早餐中規中矩， 人不多，很清凈靜，就是走到步行街米哈伊洛大公街 需要至少15分鐘。

衞生很乾凈，環境也很好，木製感，服務很棒，都是長腿帥哥美女，英文溜溜的，設施都是新的，安全。非常值得推薦。位置絕佳，周邊公交很多。

非常滿意，前台的服務人員很貼心，為我提前安排了住宿。剛開始不太熟悉，以為這個酒店比較偏，後來才知道，位置還可以，離廣場和教堂都不遠，步行可達。

Zu laut war es in diesem Zimmer durch die Fenster habe ich alles mitbekommen von dem sehr befahrenen Straße. Service war gut, bis eine kräftige Frau aus die Küche gekommen ist und sie war etwas daneben. Frühstücksbüffet war sehr bescheiden und von allen fast nur fertig gerichtete ohne Geschmack
