The hotel stay was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Close to city Center and great service. Room is clean even though a bit small

The hotel promised to change the date of stay, and then I contacted the hotel through the email provided by the hotel's official website. But, there was nothing I received. There is a problem with the hotel's integrity, not recommended.

房間的環境都不錯，地理位置稍微有點點偏離大概距離商業區有個三四公里的人樣子。 有一個人小插曲這次住宿發生了一次火警警報（應該是有人抽煙）還有一次斷電，其餘部分都很滿意有免費停車場，特別是早飯超級好吃💗

1.這個酒店設施確實非常一般，住的地方發現了蜘蛛，整個房間佈局也很奇怪。 2.在酒店退房的時候出現了問題。告訴我預訂的代理商的信用卡刷不過去，但後來又刷過去了，耽誤了趕飛機的時間

房間內設施比較簡單，例如沒有中國人習慣的燒水壺，但乾淨、衞生、安靜。早餐很不錯，wifi也很穩定。旁邊有一個加油站，裏面的超市可以買日用品。周邊環境雖然有點荒涼，但實際上離貝爾格萊德最繁華的商業街並不遠，步行一公里左右即可到達。

房間有點小，位置離城區有點距離。

衹能説是非常糟糕的體驗。根本沒能入住。因為之前更改入住日期產生了一些分歧。最後酒店在入住當天，我們到了機場的情況下反悔。幸好trip的工作人員非常負責！幫我們臨時改到別墅酒店，我們真的會有一個非常糟糕的旅行開始！！斤斤計較的酒店，再也不會來。

Positiv: Gutes Restaurant und Bar auf der Dachterrasse in der 9. Etage (am Wochenende mit Lifemusik, was ich in meinem Zimmer in der 1. Etage nicht gehört habe), kostenlose Parkplätze, gutes Wifi, gutes Frühstück, schneller check-in und check-out, relativ ruhiges Zimmer (trotz Hauptverkehrsstrasse) Neutral: Doppelbett besteht aus 2 Einzelbetten mit mittelharter Matraze Negativ: während meines Aufenthalts hat die AC nicht funktioniert, so dass es im Zimmer sehr warm wurde. Man konnte zwar alternativ das Fenster öffnen, aber dann war es sehr laut. Zudem haben die blinkenden Werbelichter vor dem Fenster gestört. Rund 2,5 Kilometer ins Zentrum (ca 40 Minuten zu Fuß, Taxis sind schwer zu bekommen, allerdings fährt dort auch eine Straßenbahn, konnte aufgrund Sprachproblemen aber nicht rausfinden wohin...)

If you are a walker, then you have a 30-40 minute walk to sites; however, taxis are inexpensive (you can arrange for credit card payment). Great parking onsite. Outstanding restaurant/bar on roof with views. Good sized rooms, fine breakfast, staff very helpful.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff was always very friendly, the room was a good size, clean and quiet. You would need to take a taxi to get to the centre, if you don't fancy a 25 minute walk, but you can also use public transport.
