Good hotel,staff is friendly, breakfast is very nice and delicious)…it’s really good breakfast…! One biiiig problem of hotels in Belgrade it’s smoking everywhere and I don’t know where is ventilation!

酒店很舒服，晚上去的時候感覺有點偏但是還行吧。酒店的餐食不錯，吞拿魚排真的好吃強力推薦，210塊錢吃金槍魚很划算了，還是送到房間的

В целом всё неплохо. До пешеходной улицы где все гуляют и много кафешек нужно пройти минут 15-20. Тут прям жилой район. В проживание входит сауна и спортзал, но я там не был, оценить не могу. Засорилась раковина, попросил утром на ресепшене исправить, так никто и не пришёл. Воду в бутылках дают только на первый день, но есть чайник и чай с кофе в пакетиках, так что норм. Убирались каждый день.

服務太差，訂的雙人房，衹給一瓶水。另外續住一天，續住前問了前台，説續住的一天會再提供一瓶水，結果沒有，打電話去問，又説衹有第一天給水，要麼自己喝自來水，要麼從他們的Mini Bar買水。 插座壞的，都插不上。第二天續住衹倒了第一天產生的垃圾，廁所都沒收拾？

房間大，設施新，早飯好吃

比較現代化的酒店，比較乾淨，早餐種類很多，很豐富。衹是房間比較小，雙人間，一個人住都比較擠。水也衹給一瓶，哪怕連續住幾天也衹是第一天給一瓶水。

當地條件較好的酒店

This hotel is nice and clean and modern in a quiet neighborhood a bus ride or short walk away from city center. What irked me about it are three things: (1) The gym does not open until 8 am such that for our week's stay I could never use it due to daily activities starting at 9 am. (2) The espresso machine made awful coffees if it worked at all. (3) Our room lacked the ability to turn on A/C. We were able to open the two side windows though often felt too warm in the cool Spring season.

We stayed at this hotel for a business trip and liked it very much. The staff was very professional and did their job very well. The hotel was clean and the quality of the drinks served in the cafe area was very good. The breakfasts were also very good. It was just a bit sad that there was no 24-hour room service. Other than that, I was happy with everything. Thank you very much.

Geldiğimiz günden beri çok memnun kaldigimiz bir otel temiz çalışanları güler yüzlü merkeze 10 dakika tercih edilebilir We have been very pleased with the hotel since the day we arrived. It is clean, the staff is friendly, and it is 10 minutes from the center.

Decent stay, clean rooms well equipped. The hotel has great location with free parking for guests. Food in the restaurant is amazing, good quality and variety of food. Rooms are cleaned regularly and towels changed, everything was fine..

Unfortunately Serbia allows people to smoke anywhere including indoors so your first welcome to this hotel is a foyer that smells like cigarettes. It’s a shame because the hotel is lovely. The décor is stylish and the room was super comfortable. I had a lovely view across a quiet suburb to the river. The hotel restaurant has no non-smoking area so it’s best to visit local restaurants for cocktails and food like Emala and Roi if you hate the stink of cigarettes. The rooms were cleaned daily, but not fully. I had to re-wash my cups and ask for more tea and coffee. The wellness centre is a highlight I used the sauna and had a massage. All of the staff were lovely people. The hotel is walkable to the city and Kalemegdan area.

Hotel is in a horrible area surrounded by graffiti covered apartment blocks. Staff are not friendly or helpful & the rooms were ridiculously hot. Our first room we had to change was 26 degrees & smelled of drains and aircon not working. The second room we had was still 26 degrees but we thought the aircon was working this time but after a very sweaty night found it wasn’t! When asking at reception they then tell us that the heating is on and the aircon has been switched off in the whole hotel. We asked for a fan but was told they have none. It was so uncomfortable and like sleeping in a sauna. Definitely wouldn’t go back there again.

Imagine this. You come over to Belgrade for a business trip, you arrive in the evening, you have an important meeting the next day. There is no iron in the room. You call down to the reception to ask for one. Oh no, they do not have irons to give, they can offer you ‚ironing service’ but that’s not available at this time. What an absolute load of crap, honestly the owner of the hotel is acting like this place is a cheap hostel. Everything is extra, even the car park is over €20 per day, even though we are in the middle of nowhere. On top of that a party blaring until 23:00!! Can’t get any sleep, of course hotel is magically sold out and they will not move you higher up so you don’t have to listen to it. I’ve stayed here 3 times in the past but this definitely my last. So many better hotels in Belgrade.
