Stains on the bedsheets and bathrobes. No water in the toilet for most of the time.

The location is fine. The hotel is clean. The people are nice. But it needs to have some maintenance (but they will fix it on the spot), the breakfast isnt worth it and should be skipped.

The location of this hotel was perfect. The room was clean, breakfast was great, staff were kind. The only slight issue is sound, at night if other rooms close their doors loudly it’s all heard a lot. But overall I think this place was amazing for the price point.

Great hotel in a central location, 5 minutes walk from Republic Square, excellent breakfast, a rich and delicious selection, spacious and clean room, outstanding service from the hotel staff and a noteworthy marina!

酒店的實際設施與國內小賓館一樣，攜程上的照片看上去很漂亮的，但體驗很差。我是看了照片不錯才訂的。 1，房間的窗户緊挨馬路邊，晚上汽車開過及剎車聲，影響睡眠。 2，大床房的房間空間小又不舒服，床品陳舊又是那種廉價的。 3，衞生間看上去是新裝的，但使用的淋浴房噴頭地磚，鏡子玻璃等品質類似於國內農家樂，地磚滑，要挺小心。 4，早餐品種還可以，吐司麪包，有烤蔬菜，咖啡。與國內3星差不多。 5，我衹能給1分，是給晚上值班的男生工作人員，他比較耐心聽我抱怨。 6，其他工作人員及餐廳工作人員，幾乎都不太開心，板著臉，貌似不太熱愛這個工作。 7，評價酒店，是看價格多少，好酒店高價格。這個酒店個人認為400元人民幣，我付款了近700元，是毫無性價比。

We always try our best to make a stay on the best possible way for our dear guests. In the most of cases they are pretty satisfied with the rooms and services . We can see that you do no like nothing about our hotel except staff from reception.About the room, it is true that Queen room is the smallest one , but still with regular m2 size . We have also larger and more comfortable rooms in hotel, just the price is different . We are located in almost in the downtown but we can understand that for some guests location is not good enough .We are truly sorry for such a bed feeling and experience. 酒店位置在市中心，離米哈伊洛大公街大概1千米左右，房間總體感覺還算比較乾淨，早餐還不錯，吃的東西比較多，服務態度好。

剛來貝爾格萊德住了三天，總體感覺不錯，所以回程再住一天，除了位置在市中心，早餐應該是另一個亮點，不僅品種挺多，而且味道不錯。

Gute Lage!! Straßenbahn und oder Bushaltestellen in 50m Umkreis. Gutes Frühstück..... aber bitte die warmen Speisen weg von der Klimaanlage und am besten mit Abdeckung damit es warm bleibt. Schon etwas unangenehm die warm Speisen eiskalt zu essen.
