Видимо, семейный бизнес - выкупленный подъезд в двухэтажном доме. В номерах - их восемь, каждый оформлен по-своему и имеет название) - полный фарш - и в ванной, и кофе-чайник-кондей-торшер. Очень чисто, холодненький ламинат на полу - что немаловажно для летней Югославии. Роскошная кровать и удобные подушки. Рядом остановки о/т, до центра 6-8 минут. Завтрак есть, правда, в соседнем подъезде, на углу, надо выходить. Страна курящая, поэтому в конце коридора курительный балкон, весьма миленько)) Персонал очень симпатичный, уже договорилась на след.раз. Да, фишка отеля - нет ключей. На входной и дверях номеров - кодовые замки! Каждый при заселении получает свой личный код. Что немаловажно, когда приезжаешь в 5ч утра! Минус - нет лифта. Но, думаю, на 2й и 3й этажи подняться не проблема, даже с багажом. Вот такой цветочек в ванной комнате, сантехника, кстати, Гроэ. И все белье и даже тапки - с логотипами!

這個酒店的服務很好，給我們提供了很多的便利，就是可能因為年代比較久遠了，不隔音，晚上車來車往地很吵，晚上醒很多次，地面也會因為電車或者地下的列車而振動，下面的餐廳也挺不錯的

位置很方便，樓下有餐廳，附近也有去景點和火車站的公交，附近還有換匯的地方~小樓外觀就很好看，房間很新，衞生間也挺大，一般下午前台都會在，我退房後還放了下行李，服務很好! 進出都是密碼鎖，還挺安全的

房間很寬敞明亮舒適，服務很周到是一次不錯的體驗

酒店才開六個月乾淨衞生地理位置好窗户密封好雖然沿街但很安靜 酒店的餐廳是亮點 住了兩晚去吃了三頓 好吃還節省時間 服務也很好有求必應有問必答 下次來還住着 價格便宜實屬難得停車也不遠也不貴

還可的總體來説不錯，離公交站台近就是最大的優點。沒有電梯，箱子種的話就不要考慮了。酒店還送一個飲料券！還不錯！！

We stayed for 5 nights and we had an amazing time. As a family of 9 we had 2 rooms which were comfortable, very clean and cosy. The cleaner was lovely and did an amazing job. Ana is fabulous. She gave us ideas for days out told us which bus routes to get and was incredibly helpful and accommodating and went out of her way after work to help us. The Welcome drink was lovely and the no-key card is a great idea I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be back next year. Thanks Ana.

We have visited Villa 1927 for a night and our experience was perfect. Polite staff, modern communications, absolutely clean rooms, vintage furniture, comfortable bed - everything was on the high level. I would recommend living at Villa 1927. My wife was fully satisfied

I stayed at Villa 1927 for two nights, and the experience was very positive. The room was very clean and well furnished, there were the essentials that a hotel room requires. A very positive note is that there were sets of all kinds, in addition to the usual shower sets, aftershave, such as the set for dental cleaning, sewing set and so on. The staff was very kind, and available to listen all my requests. Under the room there is also their restaurant, and I also highly recommend that, having both typical dishes of Serbian cuisine and not. I often travel to Belgrade, so I will definitely return.

Comfortable, clean, nice,very polite Ana. Big bahtroom, Unique cosmetics inside. Comfort big bed. Romantic atmosphere. Huge Parking. Delicious food in the Restaurant below. Good location. Everything that you need. And smily Ana....

I have been here twice now and will be back soon. All the rooms are exceptionally beautiful and very high quality. The location is also very good. There is a restaurant downstairs with good food, at the weekend it is fully booked and very crowded because there is a real party with DJ or live music. However, I would particularly like to highlight the ANA jewel, which is a prime example of exceptional customer service! I always enjoy her intelligence, humor and our nice conversations. However, I would like to mention two things: The streetcar makes the building shake slightly, but this stops late in the evening, so you can sleep well. You also get a free drink of your choice in the restaurant/bar with every visit. It would perhaps be appropriate to explain to certain waiters there that you are a hotel guest and are entitled to this drink. They should therefore not roll their eyes in annoyance when you “pay” for a drink with this card.
