You cannot fault the location, but everything else is rather average, particularly the breakfast. If you can get an inclusive rate below £70, it’s bearable I suppose.

The location is super. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choices and hot food. Cleanliness needs to be improved as we found an insect (a silverfish) in the bathroom. No toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. (Be prepared!) It was hard to pump the shampoo, shower gel out. Family room is spacious. Can get hot in the summer (bring your own electric fan! No fans or air conditioners in the rooms.)

Leonardo hotel location is very convenient to sightseeing places. In addition, hop on and hop off bus tour is waiting to tourist at the front of hotel. The hotel facilities are cafe , restaurant serves for breakfast and dinner. I noted the linen bedding surface was not tidy and mugs as grease on the surface. I had stayed the hotel for 5 days and requested the daily cleaning as usual. The third time completed cleaning and request cleaning card dropped on the floor and not hang on the back door of lockset. The fourth day was same as cleaning card on the floor. Refill coffee and tea bags was not convenient to ask receptionist pack up those items. The toilet and bathroom is combined into one which is too small spacious.

Hotel is very conveniently situated in the heart of Belfast. Almost all of the attractions can be accessed by walking. Hotel staff are very friendly and the Room are of decent size. Also, we had an amazing view of the clock tower. We loved our stay overall.

First time visit to Belfast… what a beautiful city. We will definitely return. The Leonardo Hotel was brilliant, the location is absolutely spot on, a short walk from Grand Central station, whilst being central to the city and the sites. The staff were outstanding in the professional and friendly approach, they are to be applauded. The breakfast was lovely with a large selection on offer to all. I will definitely return to the Leonard😄

Located in the center of Belfast. Quite convenient. Great place to stay.

The room I had requested was for a quiet room , heard the elevator noise going until 3am , not good.  The carpet inside the room was very heavy stained in a few places and something else was caked to the carpet also.  Check in was very long queued and slow , and the heat was unbearable to stand in to wait . Breakfast was not so varied. No bananas , no white bread and the food temperature was near to cold.

Location only 400 meters from Belfast trains stations. Excellent hotel.

Overall stay very good and the kids loved there night away. Downside would be the breakfast as limited choice for diary free child, there was diary free options for milk but no butter alternatives as the spread also had milk in it. Would definitely stay again as the room was great. We had two double beds, it was clean and comfortable just what we needed after a long day in the city.

Great location, modern hotel within short walking distance of the city centre. Must visit for any travellers looking to visit Belfast.

The location is perfect and convenient to roam around the city centre. The customer service is great. The only thing we don’t like about it is that the room is not that clean, quite dusty and the drawers were filled with trash from the occupant before us.

Nice hotel but cleanliness really lets it down, carpets need a major revamp. Location is excellent.
