Great hotel, lovely looking and welcoming foyer. Hotel staff were excellent, well mannered, attentive and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean with a modern TV. A bit pricey for food and drinks. My shower was pretty cold at 5am in the winter unfortunately and a staff member did try to help to no avail. Would stay again but it's unlikely that this is the first time that hot water has been a problem, you would imagine there would be checks and/or protocols for handling this situation, especially in winter.

Apply for a refund due to illness. The hotel refused to refund the money. Giving various excuses to say that they did not receive the refund request.

Hotel was nice and clean. A little on the expensive side for drinks. Breakfast was average and a expensive for the quality. The hotel restaurant ( la scala) was a whole different level. Food was amazing. Especially the lamb shank. My wife had the chicken which was done to perfection. If you are going for a quiet trip then this hotel might be for you. If you are going as part of a trip to Belfast City then it's very far out from the city. About 20 pounds in each direction.

Everything was perfect! Loved it!

The service was terrible, the suite that myself and my son stayed in was grand but was not cleaned properly. There was a sweet on the floor and in my friends room the door was open with half eaten biscuits on the floor. My other friend said that the shower in there room didn't work. If you do stay here, I would highly recommend that you do not eat in the hotel. The service was incredibly slow and unfortunately the food was not even worth the wait. They leave the children waiting for their food until last which is very bad in my opinion. My son asked for a brownie sundae and burnt brownie came out on a plate with a tiny scoop of icecream and after I said it, I was looked at as if I had 3 heads and it came back out chopped up and scraped from the plate into a bowl, very pathetic. Then to top off a horrible dinner experience for us my friends son got food poisoning from his dinner. Breakfast was a bit pathetic looking, and looked like it was waiting there since the night before. There is much more that I could sat but honestly to sum it up it was just overall very disappointing and definitely not a what I would class as a 4 star hotel.

房間很規矩，視線不錯，窗外景色很美，第二次入住，服務很熱情，早餐也很豐富，樓下還有餐bar，不錯，很方便，就是離市區有點遠，好在去客户那裡方便，房間隔音不錯，很安靜，暖氣也熱呼呼的

Khách sạn lớn, đẹp. Phòng tôi ở có cửa sổ lớn nhìn ra quang cảnh đẹp, gần công viên lớn. Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện. Ăn sáng được, gần bến xe bus. Xung quanh không có nhà hàng, cách khoảng 2 km mới có 1 nhà hàng nhỏ
