My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area.

Fantastic location right in the middle of all the action ! It is however situated on a quiet street away from all the hustle and bustle ! Nice and clean with attentive staff . Breakfast was excellent…just what we needed having experienced the delights of the town the night before ! Great vibrant place with plenty to see and do…the titanic experience is definitely worth a visit ! One small gripe was we booked the dinner and breakfast package on the first night but the restaurant was closed to a lack of staff !

The standards have fallen here hugely. Firstly it took a long time to check in with a man whose first language is not English. The room at first glance seemed okay but noticed the debris on the carpet (piece of chocolate, lots of crumbs visible) then saw the toilet was not cleaned properly and had splatters on seat, bowl and upper rims. Atrocious cleaning standards - also visibly dirty floors outside lift. Regretted choice.

The staff went above and beyond for are stay. Room was warm and clean, bed super comfy and food are as fantastic . This was a last man booking due to no electricity at home. My son was treated like a king from the minute we arrived. He absolutely loved it. Thank you so much

The breakfast is classic and really English. Had fried egg, double espresso, toasted bread, selection of yogurt , fruit salad and fruit, etc. They have nice and comfortable bed and additional room utilities. Secured corridors and doors, good hospitality from front team, easy check in and out.

Brilliant comfortable and clean clean. Good facilities. Bed second to none and room spotless and modern. A plus room added to the experience and staff excellent. Well done staff. Would return without a question. Central and handy location for city centre
