Ela Excellence Resort Belek

The assistant service was honestly the biggest highlight. Nasrin and Merve were super helpful and went above and beyond to help us with any query and wish we had. Other then that - food great, hotel really pretty, pool and outdoor amenities great - the only down side for us was lack of energy and willingness in the staff responsible for the activities - they should be a little bit more encouraging and motivated.

I'm currently a guest at the Ela Excellence and such is my confidence in the Ela Excellence Hotel that I am writing this review early knowing that only a catastrophe would affect this review. ROOM We're staying in room 2417 on the 4th floor, which is an upgraded room with a Jacuzzi Bath. The room is spacious, modern and well stocked with a mini-bar/fridge, drinks and snack facility. The housekeeping is prompt, thorough and we're very comfortable. FACILITIES So far we've used the gym, spa/wellness area and outdoor pools and beach. The gym is a split of cardio room & resistance - you won't struggle to get your desired workout. The wellness area has all the amenities you'd expect or a luxury resort. For the beach and pool areas, It's not a scramble to secure a lounger or chair. You'll always find a place to get comfortable, relax and enjoy any of the stunning facilities they offer. We haven't come with children but we've observed plenty of child friendly facilities like the waterpark, cinema, play areas etc. Rest assured whatever type of holiday you want at Ela Excellence, you'll have all the facilities provided and in excellent condition. DINING In a word - wow. I have a prejudice against buffet dining because I often find the priority is on quantity over quality and that you cannot have both. I was wrong. The buffet area at breakfast, lunch & dinner in the Hayat is excellent. We're trying to eat a more balanced, healthy and fresh food diet and this place caters for it in abundance. We've also tried the Pattisiere, Coffee Stand, Fruit etc and we're booked into the 'La Sofa' authentic Turkish Restaurant tonight and I'm fairly optimistic that if the A La Carte dining is even half as good as the Buffet then we're in for another remarkable, culinary experience. SERVICE All of the staff are attentitive, professional and super friendly. The speed of service is incredibly quick too, I'd estimate within 5 minutes of sitting in a dinner/bar area you'll be asked for your drinks order. Upon check in we were introduced to a Personal Assistant who created a WhatsApp chat with Araz & Sebnam where we've had requests handled with staggering efficiency. We asked for a couple of small, individual milks to make a hot drink and within 10 minutes a full carton of milk was delivered to our room. My Wife had a Massage in the Wellness Area and thoroughly enjoyed the treatment. In summary - this is an excellent hotel that prides itself on delivering excellent quality with excellent service. The overall guest experience is almost flawless whether it's asking for a favour from staff of having refreshments within arms reach. The whole grounds seem to have been purposely designed with an excellent guest experience in mind. A sincere 'thank you' to all the staff & management at Ela Excellence, I hope the next 4 days are just as enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel! We went as a large group of family and friends, 8 adults and 6 children. There was something for us all, from yoga, paddle board and entertainment for the adults to the most amazing children’s area and entertainment. The food was delicious with so much to choose from, We couldn’t have asked for more we loved it!

We just got back from a week at Ela Excellence. We were very impressed with the resort, it well exceeded our expectations We were a family of 5 (3 children of 12,9,6). We had a duplex family room with sea view on the 4th floor - it worked really well for the 5 of us as it had 2 separate spaces and 2 bathrooms. The room was perfect for us The food choice and quality was outstanding. Such a good choice of restaurant for the main meals. Buffet breakfast was good every day in Hayat buffet restaurant- nice choice, a bit different each day, we were there a week and didn’t get bored of the buffet. Lunch we used the Hayat and also a few days at La Sofia at the beach. La Sofia is included in the all inclusive. And we also used it twice in the evenings as it offered a really nice a la carte dinner menu (different to the lunch). The service too at La Sofia was great - the head waiter was excellent the twice we went there. And the Ela Anatolian is available 24/7 for food and snacks (included) - nice menu, and we used that when we arrived at 23:00 for a quick bite to eat before we went to bed on the first night. 2 evenings we did a paid a la carte - La Salsa Mexican, and the Tepenyaki. These were both really good and worth the additional cost. Overall - great meal choice and quality There are a load of snack options available all day. We didn’t use too many of them as we didn’t need to, but we loved La Rouge Patisserie - the cakes were superb and just like a French patisserie in terms of presentation and quality. The ice cream too was very good and available all day/evening. Loved too the melon stand. And the pool bar had an ice farm freezer where you can get Magnum and Cornetto (branded) whenever you want There are QR codes around the pool that makes it easy to order drinks from the pool bar and have them roller-skates to your sunlounger The drink choices are also very good The pool areas are great, a good choice of different pools (although although standard and consistent depth is 1.4m so a bit deep for smaller ones with the exception of the kids area). The pools never seemed busy at all even though the hotel was full- plenty of sunloungers around the pool area. The kids loved the different pools. And you can use inflatables in them too - we didn’t k ow and didn’t take any, we bought one in the shop in the Ela resort but it was so expensive - we went into Belek to buy some more. Next time we will vibe sure to take our own with us from home. The aqua park is also good, has 6 different slides, all quite big and enough to challenge our 9 and 12 year olds The hotel is beachfront with a private beach, again we never struggled to get a space or a lounger on the beach. The sea was lovely - warm, and not too rough for the kids to spend a lot of time in There are a huge choice of entertainment and activity options. We didn’t take advantage of them, which is a shame. We did one of the daily yoga sessions, it was good. But next time

We had excellence time ; although it seems that the hotel had a lot of guests, it was quiet and peaceful, there were no problems with sunbeds by the pool or on the beach, the cuisine was excellent, the meals were very varied and very tasty. I would love to go back there

Food was above expectations! Would definitely go again and I recommend it for children. Everything you need is available. Great play areas, kid pool, fresh fruit snacks, minimarket ... Special thanks to Leila that went out of her way to help us with a special request!

This was the best experience! Everything is perfect- views, teritorry, childrens playgrounds, pools, food, service and communication :) we strongly reccomend this hotel. We traveled with son 1.3 years old, it was the best time. With love, Elina, Edgars, Markuss

Very nice hotel, really spatious, super clean. The staff is very polite, and the assistant service is amazing and very helpful! Lots of greenery, and never feels crowded. I love the pools and the spa. The spa service is a bit pricey but lovely. The only downside is that a la carte restaurants are not included in all inclusive.

The hotel never feels overcrowded, even when fully booked. The pools are fantastic, the evening program is quite enjoyable, and the kids' area is probably the best I've ever come across. But above all, the staff, especially the personal assistants, truly make the vacation much more relaxing.
