Papillon Zeugma Relaxury

We came back last night from a 7 night stay at Pappillon Zeugma Relaxury. We were very sad to of left. Myself, my partner and 2 children came from England for my birthday. It was a fantastic stay. We had a swim up room which was perfect for us. The hotel itself was stunning. Very clean and kept up to standards. The entertainment was also very good. A wide variety of food and lots to do. The beach was clean and I loved how you can order drinks to the sun loungers. Very handy as My partner and his 14 year old went on the jetski, it meant I didn’t have to keep walking up the beach to get my little boy drinks etc. Staff made us feel very welcome, especially on my birthday. The lovely lady on roller skates sang happy birthday to me while bringing me a special cocktail by the pool. Mahsa I believe her name was (correct me if I’m wrong). Kadir also made a beautiful cocktail for me. The bar staff were so friendly to my 4 year old son also. I’m sure we will most definitely will be back in the future. The hotel is lovely. In fact there is so much positive to say I won’t even begin. Instead, I will just note the very few slight things I feel could be improved. *I agree with others - beds and pillows are hard *The toast situation at breakfast is a joke! 1 machine which takes 3 + goes to toast your bread, that you also have to slice yourself. I just didn’t bother in the end! *no one’s fault but we did find that there were very few English guests there and unfortunately every nationality we encountered were rude! *service was great however, slightly less so in the main Resturant. I appreciate it is a hard task as it gets so busy. *pools were cold, especially the indoor which was surprising. *we felt the spa treatments were overpriced Special shoutout to Masha - the waitress on roller blades by the main pool and the manager (I think his name was Memhet? Wore a blue polo). Their service to us really made our stay. There was also a lovely waiter who popped up everywhere! The main Resturant, the Z lounge on our last day… he was lovely too but can’t remember his name. Overall, we had a lovely stay and may well return one day!

As repeat guests we are coming back to this hotel every year. We can recommend as always amazing coctails made by Kadir, very friendly animation team with their activities during the day and night (very special thanks to Teena), professional evening shows and parties. And also special thanks to Emel for excellent experience with services in restaurant during our meal time. We also experienced Repeat Guests party this year which is a special thank you party from management of the hotel. Hotel is also marking the food in the restaurant with alergens which should be helpful for people with alergies and food intolerancies but I noticed few meals marked in a very wrong way - contained bread and not marked with gluten. Lot of the specialities even arranged on piece of bread which is completely unnecessary to design the meal in this way and it is causing unnecessary cross contaminations. Food court next to main pool served only fast food and only with gluten. Sometimes there was gluten free corner available in the restaurant and it also dissapeared and was not available. So I don't recommend this hotel for people with food alergies or intolerancies. I was always recommended to contact reception or guest relations to help when I was not able to find anything without gluten in menu (food court, Z lounge menu) but this is not the way we want to experience our vacations in relaxury hotel. Also welcome guest part when you are checking-in to the hotel is impacted this year and offering to guests macrones. Last year strawberries in chocolate was better :-) But for people without any alergy or intolerance issues this hotel will be perfect choice.

This is my second review on this hotel having stayed in June with my husband I returned last week with my mother. What can I say just wow it was even better second time around from the staff, the shows, the food, the bars the Resteraunt's, the cleanliness of the hotel and hotel activities there really is something for everyone. The theme nights are great too and Oktoberfest was an amazing night for of fun and dancing. A special shout out to Mahsa our wanderful waitress at the pool bar she looks after everyone and is always so cheery and helpful she is a credit to your team! Sharon from hotel terrace bar is also a credit to your team always interacting with guest and brilliant waitress she also remembered me from my visit in June and is so kind. Every member of staff we spoke to were so friendly and nice and they all work so hard. I will continue to highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and will definitely be back next year!

My wife and I stayed at Papillon Zeugma Relauxury during the last week of June. Check-in was smooth, and our room was very specious and gorgeous. We stayed at Nirvana Cosmopolitan, Kirman Sidemarin, and Seven Seas Hotel Blue before. This was by far the best experience overall. We still think that the Aqua Park, sea, and patisserie are better at Nirvana. Please take a look at what we have observed. Most important note: Every single person smiled at all times and was trying to help and serve to the best of their ability. I wanted to hug each person and help them carry something to express my gratitude. Secondly, there is absolute racial and gender equality. I loved seeing that. I have not seen it yet anywhere in the country. People, we work so hard to be able to go on a holiday once a year or once every 2-3 years. Humans around the world are suffering each day. The world is full of inequality and unfairness. This was amazing to see on a human level. These workers made us feel at home, loved, and cared for. The passion, the care, the kindness, and respect were just incredible. Whoever is in charge of training the staff and hiring the staff, you deserve a medal. Please find other things we observed below: Positives: 1. Furkan with glasses is the best cocktail artist. He can make any cocktail you wish for. 2. Everyone speaks English. Turkish staff trying to communicate with foreign staff in English is super cute. 3. People are very kind. 4. Guest relations outstanding. Answer and try to help, always. Pisi, aka fried bread pastry, was advertised but not available for breakfast. However, upon saying this to guest relations, they made sure I had as many as I wanted the next day. Amazing. 5. The chef making indian food for dinner is incredible. His naan and butter chicken was the best meal of the whole holiday. 6. They were guests and workers from all parts of the world. 7. Everything is easily reachable. 8. The snack food is fantastic with lots of options. Tantuni is my absolute favorite. The girl making them makes the best Tantuni in Turkey. 9. Night entertainment is superb. There is something for everyone. 10. You dont have to reserve a place on the beach or by the pool. We always found a place. 11. Very big selection of food. There is something for everyone, from indian, thai, to turkish cuisine. 12. Very clean facilities. 13. Staff is very hard working and is always trying to help you. 14. Foreign staff is very polite and respectful. I love that. 15. Animation team Tina is great. Karina is great, too. 16. If you want to eat eggs a certain way or the turkish menemen(aka eggs in tomato sauce), you can bring them any cheese, meat product, or anything else for them to put in it. 17. We tried the Italian ala carte, it was fantastic. 17. 18. Pa&Co coffee shop by the beach makes great coffee. 19. If an icebox is missing by the beach, they bring one upon request straight away. 20. Doner at the snack restaurant is fantastic

The hotel is very beautiful, big and clean. The rooms are also comfortable and spacious. My children and I spent the most beautiful two weeks in Turkey. The evening shows are different every day, which is very wonderful. As for the food, it is just wow, really delicious. I will never forget the most beautiful time and the most beautiful place where my children spent the most beautiful vacation in the kids club. They love spending time there and do not get bored. The animation is really nice and they are smiling all the time with the children and adults and are ready to meet their requests at any time. Kids Club is full of programs, games, attention and love from the animation. Thank you for making my children's vacation more than wonderful. Thank you to everyone who works in the hotel and stays up late and gets tired in their work with dedication and sincerity ❤️ We will come back again and again

We stayed at the Papillon Zeugma for 2 weeks to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary, on arrival we were welcomed by staff who immediately took our luggage off our hands, check in was quick and easy , we were then taken by buggy to our accommodation. Which was furnished to a high standard and very clean it had all the special touches that you would expect. Housekeeping for our room was daily unless we decided to have a lie in, Minibar was restocked daily. Restaurants were lovely, we visited both Asma Turkish & Haru A la carte restaurants, food was fabulous, but we felt guilty sendng back so much uneaten food, be warned you do NOT need starter, soup and salad! The Mosaic restaurant for breakfast & dinner was great, lots of choice, very friendly staff. I do have to say our holiday was made by having the BEST animation team! TINA!!! Well, what can I say, she spoke the most perfect English & went above & beyond to ensure that we were fully informed of everything that was going on inc activities, which was perfect for my husband John who always like to be involved....boccia, Soft archery, shooting amd aqua aerobics. She even provided us with local knowledge of the area. Also, a special mention must go to Kadir.....Poolbar cocktail maker extraordinaire greeted with a smile every morning. And presented us with the most excellent cocktails & service throughoutthe day.. THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE STAFF at Papillon Zeugma for a memorable holiday xx

This hotel is great. Although you can see some signs of aging, and some things in the rooms could use a renovation, everything is redeemed by the excellent staff, delicious cuisine, and numerous leisure activities. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, a beer bar, a patisserie, a large so-called "quiet" area with a pool, a water park, and plenty of loungers... Everything is just fantastic. The All-Inclusive package includes high-quality foreign alcohol.

A very pleasant place. With a lot of order and cleanliness. Kind and attentive staff, especially the one in the restaurant. Good food, lots and variety. Everything at discretion.Excellent beach, fine sifted sand. And much, much...drink.
