I choose this hotel for his green large garden and I was not wrong. Even it’s a family hotel and we were a couple we didn’t mind the children’s presence. Friendly staff. Thanks for the reception staff for the good penthouse room we got. Cheerfully decorated rooms, funny. Beach with sand and pebbles. Step entrance. Reed umbrellas among palm trees, so you can have good natural shading. Each day daily activities and night shows, dj performance or live music, some parties. Sunday off. I liked the pool party, the masquerade party and especially the sunset party. Tasty food. WiFi everywhere. The relax pools are great. And the coffe corner. Well maintained hotel. Clean. My only complaint would be the cleanliness at the beach toilets, it smells bad. I have a problem with smells, and also bothered me the cooking smoke from the main restaurant, was like a mist inside. I liked and I recommend this hotel.

We planned our wedding in Selectum family resort, and everything went smooth and amazing. Guest relation helped me before my trip to see the locations for wedding and they helped me during my stay a lot. I even lost my luggage on the flight and guest relation followed up with the airport for us and we finally found our luggages and shipped to the resort. I love everything about that resort. the beach is absolutely stunning. the food is good, and the pools are clean and had so much fun amusement for kids, kids love the water park. Had my wedding in Italian restaurant and the table set up and floral was amazing. I was very sensitive about floral, and everything was exactly how I asked. It was 30 degree and hot and that is why we started our wedding at 6 pm and fans in the restaurant really helped us too.

I had a six-day stay with mum. It was perfect. For those who need more information the selectum family is a huge garden which is perfectly designed and have lots od amenities in it. As the name depucts its super comfortable for families in all ages. Cleanliness was great. The staff did their best although it was high season and the hotel was super crowded. The 24h restaurant was incredible and every night they had a different theme for dinner which was interesting. Do not forget to reserve a night at ham ham or peperoni befor because I list the chance to eat there. The spa was perfect and the staff were experts! I had a great massage (deep tissue) with elna which was enjoayable and she was really considerate about my skin beacause it was burned by sun. The foods and drinks satisfy all expectations I think. The entertainment group was also good but not as good as other things

Stayed as a couple for our wedding anniversary for 5 nights. We have read and compared countless reviews on many platforms to select this resort for our stay and we were not disappointed. THE ROOM We got in touch with the guest relations to explain our purpose of the visit to which they have allocated to us a wonderful room. Located on the 7th floor of the main building which is the top floor. The room is really spacious with nice huge shower, couch, tv and the main bed and a very cozy balcony with chairs overlooking the side of the hotel which opened up views to stunning mountain range and side sea view. The whole theme of the room is kind of romantic but not too corny which is nice. Let’s talk details of the room. The bathroom comes with everything from toothbrush to nail file, incredibly nice smelling shower gel, shampoo conditioner and even body lotion. The towels were changed daily by the cleaning staff which do a decent job everyday replenishing the minibar with everything that has been consumed. The room also came with two air conditioners, one built in controlled via a wall mounted controller and one normal AC unit controlled via remote control ensuring a nice temperature when you come back to the room. As well as the balcony has a mosquito net which is so nice to have an opened balcony door with air conditioner running without pesky bugs. Overall cleaning has been good, don’t expect to have a professional cleaning done on the daily as that would defeat the purpose of your stay really, the cleaning staff are very careful with personal belongings and always avoided touching them which is very reassuring that no one would steal anything. The bed was extremely comfortable the mattress and the pillows are beyond comfortable. Waking up in this room is just a joy to a raising sun every morning hearing birds and chickens somewhere making noise was a blissful experience. The only downside I have noticed is the shower would have sometime variable/changing water temperature coming from it when the hotel was busy with other people showering which is usually about 18:00 when the pool area closes and people start to prepare for dinner buffet. But on other times the shower operated as normal. Room and room cleaning 4.9/5 stars THE FOOD AND DRINKS There is the main buffet that serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Starting from 8am till 10 is the breakfast and when I tell you that this place is packed with food it truly is, workers always refill the food that has been consumed so you will never have to worry about going hungry here ever. Lots of options for cheese, cold cuts like ham turkey etc, dessert and fruits cereal hot dishes like eggs and sausages truly everything plenty vegetarian and vegan options are constantly present too. The breakfast was so filling that we never even tried the lunch option in the buffet but instead opted to eat at the 24/7 restaurant called chefs cellar. very poor service, most of them cannot communicate in English. of course there were also nice waiters and bartenders. But for such a large center it is definitely not enough. On the plus side, the hotel is clean. food good. If someone doesn't want to use the main restaurant, there is a very nice 24-hour restaurant where you can eat pasta, pizza or burgers

We stayed at this hotel at the end of September. The weather was great. It wasn’t as hot as in summer. There were enough sun beds on the beach for everyone. The beach is large and always clean. We also liked that there palm threes and straw umbrellas on the beach. Good location of bars and restaurants throughout the hotel. The staff is polite. The food is not fancy, but it is delicious.
