Wonderful Stay at Gural Premier Belek! Our vacation at Gural Premier Belek was truly amazing! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-organized. The food was delicious with lots of variety every day — we enjoyed every meal. The animation team was energetic and fun, always offering great activities for both adults and children. They made each day exciting and memorable. A big thank you to the Guest Relations department — they were kind, professional, and always ready to help. Their support made our stay even more special. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We hope to return soon!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. There were plenty of attractions for children, making it a great place for families. We especially enjoyed the live entertainment in the evenings, which was available for all guests. The aquapark and pools were amazing - clean, fun, and perfect for both kids and adults. One of the best parts was the hotel’s location, just a short walk from the sea. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed everything, and it’s clear that the hotel is staffed by professionals who are truly passionate about their work. The beach staff were always incredibly helpful. The restaurant team was also excellent, and I’d especially like to mention Ali (I didn’t catch his full name) and the breakfast chef. We loved the place where you can order from the menu during the day—the staff there was also outstanding, and the food was delicious. I’d like to especially highlight the night manager, Oytun, who is a true professional. A special thanks to the guest relations team: Safiyat, Ozan, Anastasiia, and Meruye. All issues were resolved quickly and effectively. My daughter also loved the kids’ club, especially Sergey.

At the moment we are staying at Gural Premier Belek. What an amazing holiday experience it is so far. We are a family with two young girls (3 years and a 10 months old). We’ve booked the superior room and this room was really beautiful. Is is very big, clean and the bathroom is amazing. Sadly our room was not nearby a swimming pool and so we’ve asked if there was a room upgrade available. We’ve received an upgrade to a deluxe pool room and despite the superior room was really nice, this deluxe pool room is another level. Not only the room is even more beautiful, but also the pool with all the facilities are game changing. With the baby two times a day sleeping we are able to enjoy as a family next to the pool within range of our room and babymonitor. The pool has is own poolbar and towel desk. This holiday is an ultimate holiday experience so far. Also the Happyland if really nice for young child’s. Nice and Safe play equipment and everything looks very clean. The shows in the evening are very enjoyable for the young ones. The Aquapark is really really nice for our 3 years old girl. She need supervision because she is a little to bit young to go alone, but also dad and mom loves the many slides. Also here enough beds around the pool! There are a lot of bars around the resort. Beach, swimming pool, lounge / entertainment; everywhere you are able to get your drinks. They are serving real drinks like Coca Cola and redbull. Also the buffet restaurant has enough tables (inside and outside). In the couple days we are here we’ve not find that much variation in the food but the quality is okay. Lucky enough there are more restaurants on the resort to get more variation. A tip is the beach restaurant for the sea view and able to order your meal. We have more than a week left for our holiday and are enjoying every moment. For us it is defiantly a recommendation and will definitely go back to Gural.

The rooms were really clean and comfortable and every day we got new towels and the mini bar was refilled. Beautiful view from the pool and the restaurant. You can swim in the sea or in the pool or in the aquapark which is really exciting and we had a lot of fun there. It was an amazing experience to spend a vacation here. The entertainment team was so friendly and welcoming and they always knew how to make a great atmosphere around everyone!

Key areas for me on holiday when we go with children are: Hotel All inclusive - food and drink Water park Entertainment Hotel It is approx 40 mins from the airport which after a 4 hour flight was important to us with children. Taxi transfer was approx £65 ther and back. Upon arrival, in truth a little underwhelming as it doesn't have a large glamorous, modern reception which first impressions concerned me. Needless to saying didn't need to worry at all as this will be the only slight negative thing you'll read and who cares about reception really - hopefully you'll spend little time there! The rooms are already out beautifully in smaller blocks in gorgeous surrounds. It feels smaller than it is and we loved that type of feel. The hotel has everything we wanted, all inclusive, pools, water park, nice surrounds, shops on site and entertainment. The entertainment was brilliant, kids activities early evening, than a main show until around 10pm and then further entertainment until late. All different each night. Loads of activities and entertainment occurring each day e.g pool sports, other sports, bingo, kids club etc So food!! We loved it, plentiful, all nice and huge range for adults and kids each night. Literally everything you could wish for each meal. Main restaurant was brilliant and we never even went to the al la carte. There is a great beach restaurant which is included but you order from a menu ... Burgers, nuggets, meats etc plus a small all inclusive buffet. At the water park a lovely restaurant too, including fresh pasta's, meat, kebabs, burgers, hot dogs, salad, fruits etc. The drinks side was very good, often premium brands, bottled beer, cocktails were typical stuff, ok but not a £15 cocktail bar standard but nice. Loads of kids drinks, ice coffee, slushy, nachos and ice cream!!! All ice creams are premium brands .... Unreal! My son went through about 100 Magnum's!!! The bar got occasionally busy but mainly no queues at all and bar staff were great. The wateerpark is amazing, the "smaller" section is superb for kids, they have loads of slides, the bigger side has two huge rides, four good slides, two other ones, a multi lane one and a tank drop one. You have it all!! Tennis courts, football pitch, there was a family night one night with inflatables, a disco evening, old vintage cars, fireworks one night, the list goes on!! Overall outstanding, went for a walk into Belek one evening, it's got loads of shops if you want that type of thing. Hotel also has a beach was good but didn't use it. One of the best hotels and if like me you spending hours reviewing and researching just book this one!

Thanks a lot for almost all the team of the hotel. Thanks for really nice 2 weeks! 1. Hotel territory : green, clean and privet. Small townhouses and green lawns. Hotel bugs are real fast ( does not coincide with the general vibe - harmony). Area for smokers and non-smokers - will be great 2. Animation. Real great ! I don't remember names, but it's about a cool team! Always up! Very interested! Dance, swim, aqua activities! Always joke, small talk and fealing like an old friends. Ladies and gentlemens remember the names of the guests! "Hi, Alex! It's cool You are here, darts begins! ". So it's 10! in 5 score scale! Thank all of You a lot! 3. Dinners and restaurants. Wide range, always fresh. Great service. Nice menu for kids! It was always a nice time - to choose! We were in love with zucchini fritters, asian food and ice cream! Pistachio - the coolest! 4. Bars. No, BARS. Main bar and beach bar. Bartenders are wizards! "For children: juise without ice" - we felt like regular customers. After a couple of days, the bartenders already knew what we wanted to order. Good menu of strong dreanks. BUT wines( It was a disaster! Local vine - it's the worst that I ever drink. At least It could be some light vines from Chile, South Africa. 5. Show and dance . Cool. Cool. Cool! 6. Cleaning... No, cleaning (( Always tips. Always so so... Really, it could be better. Even remember the name Mikhri (Mihri) , who made the bast cleaning! Thanks a lot, Mikhri! She removed a killed mosquito from the bath door and make the room shine! Nobody did it before. Mosquito have spend there a week before this... 7.Rooms. Magic! Thanks! Pillow menu! Dressing room. My love. 8. Aquapark! It' cool, fresh and interesting. But is not enough of staff on babies land. Big guyes riding after small baby's, don't see if that can reach them. For adults it ok, safety, always someone it looking up. 9. Sea.. Wide sand seashore, but not comfortable to go swim from the shore. 10. Kids club - best i've ever seen! Kids festival, playground incide and outside! One more thanks!!!

Premim resort with premium food. Clean, green, a/c . A lot of bars, a la carte ( have to pay) sand on the beach, beach lounges, tennis, table tennis, pools. Room service great. Bell boys great. Direct transfer with champagne. Big aqua park for kids, and other for adults. Recommend.

The room was space enough and very clean, they clean every day.the staff was very frendly especially the guest relations hulya kultamis . The food very delicios , the resort was huge and green . A big bravo for the organization, and the staff that made our day very beautiful

I will tell you something about this resort! since I think you have very little information about this resort! the resort in question is perfect, with all the conditions of a high-level resort, starting from the reception where the workers wait for you with a smile, the service in the restaurant is perfect, the waitresses are with the guests all the time, the food is perfect and more delicious ! Meat lovers don't worry after all this time. they serve salmon, lamb, pork, chicken, beef, etc.! all drinks are served in the restaurant by the bottle, you can also ask for red bull, all are included! the fitness has a sufficient space and all the equipment is liffe fitness signature model! The theater has a large capacity and is diverse with different artists! Every night you have live music! There are so many bars in the resort that you have yours at your disposal all the time! if you need anything else, feel free to ask me, since I'm currently at this resort and I'm enjoying it to the fullest!

As in prior years, last year we also decided to go to Gural Belek as family together with our friends. Lovely place, loved and enjoyed again. Programs, daily entertainments, food variety, cleanliness, team supportiveness - all were great again. Was happy to see Huseyin again there at Gural, he was helpful, sincere and supportive all the time and our kids enjoyed being with him. Thanks to Huseyin, attaching one of lovely photos with him.

Absolutely fantastic . Let's start at the beginning. One disappointing aspect. The check in was slow.. especially at 3am. No welcome drinks or nothing..we had been travelling over 12hrs! Gave a bad first impression. No instructions either.  No explanation how wifi works.  (It's on the receipt they give you, username and password). The printer didn't work and the receptionist didn't try to communicate with us. No attempt at all. This was frustrating at 330am! However, when we got to room it was out of this world. Wine and fruit there. Mini bar stocked daily. Pool view with balcony and pool outside. So handy for when I'm a morning person and the others are not. I could sit by pool. So quiet. Waiter service. Iced coffee nice in morning. Played tennis this cost 15 euros. Slides excellent for my boys 18, 16 and 12. The beach was lovely and we jumped off jetty. Unfortunately no fish as water too cloudy. Tabletennis and mini golf great. Enough food and drinks but maybe a bit monotonous, but what do you expect! Everthing you needed in room. Pillow menu was welcomed. Air con fab. Safe handy. Huge walk in wardrobe! Staff are lovely and friendly. My son got asked for a tip by the cleaner?? We did tip the waiter service by our pool.  My tip is to choose a  pool view room. Ask for 2x ur drink so that u always have something on hand!! Also something for Gural to consider is guests what's app message every morning regarding resurant times and activities for the day. We missed the patisserie ! Loved the communication when we stayed at the Rixos. Occasionally we wanted a snack and we weren't sure which restaurants were open! It would be handy to know times. Gym was great according to my 18yr old semi-pro son. The shops were handy when my son needed sliders but probably more expensive. Belek city center is a Bazaar heaven. Loads of fake  goods. Bags, clothing, football shirts. About 15min walk. Check out is 12pm. We left luggage in reception. But passports and valuables in locker in spa. Very lovely people there. We showered there also before leaving. All staff lovely and welcoming and friendly. Some rude and unappreciative guests but you get them everywhere!Would I return?? Most definitely yes!!
