The room was hot, service was slow, facilities were not great and food was not available considering it was meant to be an all inclusive hotel.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Strand. Essen war sehr gut für jeden etwas dabei.. im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit allem würden definitiv wieder kommen

we went to this hotel to relax and not to sightsee, the hotel staff was very nice and professional in their approach to the client. The rooms were very clean and cleaned every day. The minibar was refilled every day. Despite the visit out of season, everything was at the highest level. The animator Can always came up with a new activity so that we would not get bored. He approached the guests very friendly and was very nice. He will definitely be the first person I will associate with my stay at this hotel

Big disappointment, we were there in 2022, really liked the staff and the team that entertained the guests, different programs, respect for the guests. Now the staff has changed. In September 2024, the staff was terrible, they don't care, even in small things, if you ask for coffee, they bring tea, the waiters do not understand English, they only speak Turkish, they do not even try to understand. In the room, in the bathroom, the drain did not work, black mold on the walls and tap, only after we complained, they sent a cleaner to wash off all this mold. After that, the cleaner tried very hard. Compared to 2022, the hotel saves on meat, they do not make barbecues outside in the evenings, there is no seafood, with the exception of mussels once. Invited Turkish singers who sang songs of world stars are a mockery of guests, especially those who have musical education and a good ear, it is impossible to listen, we had to leave the bar, where there are not enough seats for guests to sit and relax. Unreasonable price increase in this hotel and the hotel does not correspond to 5 stars. Once the safe did not work and we had to wait in the room for a worker, since they have to repair in the presence of the guest, we were wasting time that we could have spent on the beach. The hotel has a beautiful lobby, but the hotel needs to repair the rooms and sewerage, since there is an unpleasant smell on the B floor, even near the restaurant when you go to breakfast, lunch and dinner. But the beach, sea and sun are excellent. Thanks to nature.

Hotel is unique Morocco style, it smelled amazing in the hotel, fresh. Tasty food with a big variation, every day different meal. Good choices of fruits and vegetables.Big choice of cocktails, friendly staff. Animator Yasin is the best dancing machine who knows how to make good atmosphere. Andriana friendly animator who guided with activities, was very polite and helpful. Snack bar waiter Baran was also very friendly and attentive. Also our cleaning lady Begimai was very professional, she even did for us swan basket! Spa workers are professional too. In this hotel works a lot of good people who try to help in every need

A wonderful place to spend your vacation. Everything is superlative. I am an active person, here I found many activities that I recommend with confidence, including Paddleboarding with Nila, a thorough and very professional person who in a few minutes guided me in the secrets of this sport. I can also recommend the aqua gym and the fantastic spa area. Thank you Nila and thank you to all the hotel staff for this wonderful stay!

Hotel is absolutely beautiful it really is wow!! its very clean the beach is also beautiful with a lovely restaurant! Entertainment is excellent something different every day do not miss the night swim party great dj and dancers. Yasin is great fun and his dance moves are not to miss !! Amazing holiday did not want to leave . Belek town is a 5min drive away with shop after shop !

Everything good in the hotel. Cleaning is good, personql is very good food also good pool very nice and big. Guest relqtions is good especiqlly thqnks for Ezgi. We want to come again
