It was our 4th time in the last 1.5 years at Club Prive in Belek. Unfortunately, it got much worse than it was before. The last positive reviews here are probably from the people, who don’t know how it can be. It’s a nice location, you can use your own villa and the cabana on the beach and also the facilities of the hotel Rixos Premium. It’s quite beneficial for the families with children (Kids Club and Kids Pool). The villas are getting older - the doors get difficult to open, there is mold in the bathrooms, the furniture is quite worn. The food is not fresh and worse than the one you get in the main hotel. E.g. the tuna tartar was not fresh judging by the colour and the taste, the salmon in the salad was not cooked properly - quite raw, waffles for the breakfast- burned, syrniki - just a hard piece of flour without any taste of the cottage cheese. The dining carte got bigger in comparison with the one even 4 months ago, but the lack of quality is obvious. We both got food poisoning in the middle of our vacation. After that I didn’t feel safe to eat at the Club House. And the main point - service. It has just gotten terrible and we are people with not so many demands. Waiting times - for food or buggy - at least 30 minutes, also for something small like coffee and a croissant. Problems communicated to your butler are handled in the way “your issue is very important for us”, but you never get a solution to it. Our own cherry on the top: 3 times in a raw the fast track was booked for us for the departure flight. This time we learned that, apparently, “the policy of Club Prive changed” in the airport. Nobody cared to let us know before that, even considering we were not the first time customers. Apology was not offered. The attempt to contact the higher level of the management to clarify it was not successful, which speaks also volumes about how Club Prive really “cares” about their loyal customers. For us it’s a sign to spend our vacation at the much better and modern competitors.
