Rixos Park Belek - the Land of Legends Access

Отель нравится, отдыхала с детьми второй раз. Сервис на уровне. Еда вкусная. Нет горок в бассейне для детей, хотя раньше они были. Но зато есть безлимитный доступ в парк развлечений. Жаль, что была возможность забронировать номер через приложение только на троих взрослых и за детей пришлось доплачивать на месте. В целом отдых удался, спасибо персоналу!

Merhaba. Çok kötü bir hizmet aldık. Yemekler oldukça kötü ve ciddi eleman eksikliği vardı. Personel yetersiz. 3 gün aynı yemek çıktı. Aynı zamanda yemek alırken çok ciddi sıra vardı. Cumartesi günü akşam yemek yiyemwdik. Sadece içecekler çok çok iyiydi. Otelin konumı güzel. Ama asla ve asla tavsiye etmem. Biz rixosun bütün otellerinde kaldık. Ama bir daha asla bu otelde kalmam. Yani 2 günlük bu otele boşuna para verdik. Bu şikayeti heryere bildireceğim.

This hotel was disappointing, especially given the high price. It did not meet our expectations. The hotel was extremely crowded, primarily with Russian guests, and mealtimes felt chaotic. We had to compete for a table and then wait in line to get food at the buffet. While the food itself was good, accessing it through the crowds was a challenge. Finding a sun lounger was nearly impossible, and most days we spent time wandering around or sharing one bed between four of us. This was especially challenging as we were traveling with elderly family members, and the hotel lacked any accommodation or assistance for disabled guests, making their stay far from enjoyable. I would also caution any woman against booking a massage with a male masseuse at this hotel. Instead of receiving a professional, respectful service, I felt the behavior was overly intimate and crossed boundaries, which left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. The pool area was noisy, with loud house music that clashed with the relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for. Our room was located at the farthest point from the main building, a 15-minute walk away, and felt outdated. We dealt with a broken shower head, malfunctioning air conditioning, and curtains that came off the rails. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

It was an amazing place to stay especially for the couples and families .. feels like your home The hotel is clean and fresh .. the hospitality of the staff especially mr ALPER BAYDAN was so much helpful and gently giving an advices about the city leading us to get the best experience at this hotel Thank you all and we will back again soon …

We had dinner at The Grill and had an exceptional experience. The food was perfect—every dish was expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. The highlight of my visit was the impeccable service, particularly from Illker, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time.

Spacious Rooms: The rooms are adequately sized, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring. 3. Friendly Staff: The hotel staff is amiable and willing to assist guests with any concerns or requests, although their English proficiency could be improved. 4. Complimentary Access to Land of Legends: Guests can enjoy free access to the Land of Legends theme park. 5. Poolside Drink Service: A convenient service allows guests to have drinks delivered to their sunbeds while lounging by the pool. **Negatives:** 1. Food Variety: As an all-inclusive hotel, the food selection can become repetitive over time. The quality of meat dishes could also be improved, as they often seemed overcooked and lukewarm. Additionally, drink service and table clearing were slow, likely due to insufficient staffing. 2. Inconsistent Housekeeping: Housekeeping services were not always thorough, with glasses left uncleaned and work surfaces not wiped down daily. 3. Communication: The hotel could benefit from improved communication with guests. For instance, joining a WhatsApp group for updates proved futile, as no notifications were received. For example, we were never informed that we didn't need to bring towels to the Land of Legends, as they are provided for Rixos customers. 4. Heated Pool: Contrary to expectations, the heated pool was uncomfortably cold, which was a real disappointment, as one of the hotel's main attractions was the heated pool. **Tips:** 1. Transportation: Guests can take a taxi to Belek for €10 or catch a bus from outside the hotel for just €1. The bus runs every half hour until 10 pm, making it a convenient option for exploring the area. 2. Belek Market: On Saturdays, a lively market takes place near the central Belek mosque, offering a unique shopping experience with various goods on sale. Overall, Rixos Park provides a pleasant stay for guests seeking a vacation in Belek, Turkey. However, certain areas could be improved to elevate the guest experience. There are definitely better hotels in the area.

Very nice hotel just needs some more evening entertainment, they have a huge area for sports that no one uses, maybe a stage in that area would allow for evening entertainment. Also the kids club is at the other end of the hotel from all the restraunts and pool.
