The reception guys are mixed some of them are nice and some not caring. The issue is the hotel is very old and apparently rarely renovated, I smelled a bad smell coming from the sewer, the furniture was old and no shampoo no soap. The location is very good tho very centric. Hope it improves because it has potential. Kindly

設施：冰箱，熱水器，開水壺，電磁爐，微波爐都有。中央空調。 環境：環境不錯，床品也很舒服。 衞生：中東國家來説，衞生算很棒了。都很乾凈。而且不停電，24小時熱水。

I have enjoyed my stay at Bliss3000. I have always wanted to visit the famous Hamra street and this hotel is in the heart of Hamra area. I like to thank the staff for always being there when I had any issue with the room. Sympathetic and helpful, from the porter to the cleaners and reception staff. The beds are comfortable and the views from the windows were very nice and vibrant. For the price , this is an excellent location. No electricity or AC issues 24/7. TV and mini kitchen so handy. Bathroom just need an upgrade and this will be the full 10/10 mark. Will be back again. X
