It’s a great hotel in more than one way - spacious room, great service and convenient location. If you can enjoy Chinese food or want to go local, the breakfast is wonderful too. One downside is the hotel is decorated with a 1980/1990 style —- it feels old/outdated — however I must say the bed is very comfortable. If you can bypass that one low point, it’s a lodging that provides great value!

Not recommend to stay if u r traveling and especially alone. Room is so old and kinda scary bcs their mirror was broken and toilet flusher was not working so we put our hands to flush 😣😟 Also Receptionist came to give my card and knocked the door once and i was coming to open but she started kicking the door. ☹️. And check out day, after 1 pm they started to call to go out when we packing😌The breakfast was awful, first day we come down around 8:50 but there was nothing and i asked for sth to eat bcs your deadline was 9:00 but they became angry and gave us bread and jam 2 boiled eggs 😂 second day there was nothing to eat actually few dishes that was not eatable then i asked for bread but that was not fresh.

賓館掛三星牌子，就是時間久了，設施老化，一直沒有更新，估計用了20多年了，衞生間很小，面盆也小，體格壯的人轉身需先環視一下，隔音效果差，衞生還可以。

離醫院近，交通便捷，挺好的

設施：硬件設施齊全，因為賓館年久，房間的器具傢俱磨損也很厲害。 衞生：每天都有保潔阿姨清潔打掃，更換洗漱用品和布草 環境：整體環境很符合原政府接待賓館的身份，有很寬敞的停車場，住宿可以免費停車 服務：前台接待很有禮貌，耐心解答問題，指引周邊的餐飲和 遊客想去的地方。

老牌經典賓館有40年的歷史，但服務周到設備設施還不錯，性價比非常高，在通州的核心區中倉路這裏周邊配到成熟，吃飯什麼的也非常方便

經常住的酒店，乾淨整潔，早餐也不錯！！！！

老牌酒店，朋友來一般都預訂這個地方，飲食街吃飯的地方特別多，交通也比較方便，服務不知道怎樣，設施可能比較陳舊了，性價比還是可以。

服務員真好，熱情和藹，房間裏每天都要打掃一遍衞生，一樓有圖書室很不錯（有圖），出行和購物也方便！

參加副中心馬拉松選擇住在這裏，距離領物地點和終點是3公里，距離起點是2公里，掃個共享自行車就可以很方便的到達。周邊吃飯也很方便。酒店設施挺老的，典型的國營賓館。房屋隔音不好，衞生間和房門尤其明顯。衞生還不錯

房間雖然設施設備有點陳舊但是衞生很乾凈，床睡得也很舒服，比之前住的酒店硬，本人喜歡硬點的席夢思，周邊交通便利，環境較好
