Went during March when it had less tourists and it was great. The front desk was friendly with tourists and was happy to help us with anything. The breakfast was alright, with a mix of Chinese and western options, but mostly Chinese. The rooms were clean and large and staff were friendly. The location is also good as it is very close to the subway station.

Room was without window, but air conditioning was ok. Unfortunately, none of the staff spoke English, even though the hotel is located right next to International quarter of Beijing.

It my 2nd time stay here. Hotel have a great location near Tuanjiehu subway station.

The room was clean and location was superb which is near to Tuanjiehu metro station. Breakfast was so so as it is suitable for Chinese people and nearly nothing to eat for foreign people

Customer service is very good, staff are very helpful and greet whenever they see us.

Great location, very close to subway station. It turned out that the room I booked didn’t have a window, so the staff helped to change it but with extra cost. Room smells like smoke, even though it was said non-smoking.

Location is very convenient, near to subway and sanlitun. Staffs are very friendly.

A neat little hotel tucked away in a little corner. The staff were friendly and accommodating. An ideal location close to the metro and not far from the embassies. There is a convenience store a few meters away and a few restaurants nearby. Quite conveniently located for what I needed.

I have seen this chain around China but had not used them before. The company logo is a bit dated and I didn’t have high hopes but I was so pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hotel inside. The room was super clean and comfortable, the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The location was perfect for my needs, a short walk in one direction to Chaoyang park and Taikooli shopping area in the other. Two metros near by. Highly recommend.
