We highly recommended this Hotel if you plan to visit Universal Beijing Resort. We stayed in the Family room with a Bathtub. Although we are in the lowest level, the double bedrooms are quite isolated from road noise. This Hotel has a grand entrance. The reception is easily located. The crouches are comfortable. The reception staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Y朵朵 greeted us with warm and welcoming smile and helped our check-in. Everything went very smoothly. She also provided us her Wechat account so that we can ask her any questions about the Hotel. I highly recommend the family room. The view was good and the rooms are hugh. There was a camping tent for hide and seek. Everything was meticulously cleaned. Free water bottles and and useful amneties provided. Funside slippers for children - very thoughtful consideration. Dyson hair dryer, electronic toilet with auto flush and closure or opening of the lid, smart TV - very modern Hotel room. The bed, mattress, and quilt are very comfortable; we slept so well that we refused getting out of beds. 😅 The room temperature can adjusted by the digital control and the room was definitely very cold and comfortable in summer. There is a well-equipped gym and a small children play area. The morning buffet served a variety of Asians (mainly Chinese) and Western styled food. It costs 70 Yuan and it is free for children. We liked the food very much. On the day of departure, we needed to make way to the airport early;and did not have time for Breakfast. After talking to the Hotel staff, they gave us full refund. Also there is a convenient store next to the Hotel. We bought a lot of 'delicious instant noodles' and cakes. In summary, we had a fantastic stay. We found the hotel service excellent. Everyone is friendly and greet you with a big smile. It takes 3 min walk to Beijing Metro and 5 min to get to Beijing Universial resort. The cost of staying is far cheaper than staying in Hotels in Universal Resort. If we are going to visit Beijing Universal Resort in the future, we will definitely stay in Jianguo Hotel again. Highly recommended and value for money 👍.

Hotel room tht i book is v big, there's a bus towards Universal. A convenient store below. But not much food nearby. The breakfast is okay. Hotel staff are helpful

Super duper like this hotel! Love it! It's huge and very comfortable. Further more very friendly and helpful staffs! Definitely worth it!

Location near Universal studio, breakfast not many variety, not much restaurant around the hotel

Room was very big and clean but the amenities doesn’t seem to be working well. We weren’t able to use the tv, the screen froze and there was no sound at times. Xiaosu in the room wasn’t connected to it. The service at the reception is the worst I’ve encountered all these while. Staff responded with aloof tone when asked about parcel delivery to the hotel (they didn’t even look up from their desk when talking to me). Bag deposit area is just behind the reception and anyone can walk in and out and pick up your bags. They directed me to their hotel restaurant when I queried if I could use their number to order meituan. If service matters to you, this hotel doesn’t meet a 4 star hotel mark (at least to me). If distance and cleanliness matters, it’s a hotel you can consider.

It was good experience to stay. Good location who wants to visit Universal Resort.

2mins walking distance to subway station, 3 more stops will take you to the Universal studio Beijing. Quite a few options around for you to order food delivery. Abundant room facilities including air purifier & humidifier. Apart from room temp was a bit too warm and the projector can't work with Netflix, everything was great.

Air conditioning is no good. We cannot set it cooler. Cannot set lower temperature. The desk lamp is too low. I hit my head

5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, only 3 stops to universal studio

Hotel location is good. Close enough to universal there is bus in the morning. And taxi is convenient. Hotel stuffs are friendly.

The experience was really good. I came here for the Universal Studios. The hotel is located close to the metro. This enables easy commute to the theme park. It also offers a shuttle bus to the park. The hotel is very clean and has a good restaurant too. The other amenities such as laundry and gym are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and eager to help in anyway they can. Highly recommend this hotel :)
