Very good hotel! Spacious rooms! Delicious breakfasts, I chose only the usual food for us, there was enough of everything: coffee, milk, toast, butter, fried egg, tea, watermelon, sausage. Excellent wi-fi, remote work flies perfectly in the room. I ask those who travel with a laptop and work to pay attention to this. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the center. I recommend

Very close to metro, nice room, good breakfast but not many western options if that’s what you’re looking for

good location to visit Beijing, however, breakfast was mainly Chinese style. the breakfast area was also cold to dine in and apparently you need a ticket to get into the breakfast area which the receptionist had not given to us upon the arrival. Overall, the stay was fine. 

The place looks new. The room and the beds are clean. The food are mostly Chinese cuisine with some western food (e.g. cakes, breads, cereals). My experience here is positive. The main issue is that there seems to be no malls and shops nearby. So usually, I have to take subway (nearest station about 10min away) or taxis.

the hotel is located at the less busy street, with very friendly reception crew. rooms is ok except the door, that needs to be slammed hard when closing, else will keep on alarming. there is also window opening and slamming in the middle of the night. the breakfast restaurant was a disappointment. not enough seats and the cutleries are not available after requesting. the staff for the breakfast buffet was also very loud and the food are not replenish in time, although there is about 4crews available.

In a quiet neighbourhood. Closer to Line 1 subway. Good breakfast spread. Helpful in our request for late check out due to change in our flights. Forest oxygen room is big and spacious. Amenities replaced daily. Good stay.

A 5 mins walk to subway. Room is big but quite dusty. Laundry room opening hours is too short and only 1 washing machine n dryer, need to queue and wait

Room is very clean. As for the buffet, noodles taste quite bland, believe the soup base is simply just hot water.

The hotel room was clean, smelt a little musty but opening the window quickly cleared that and it was spacious. The staff didn’t speak much English but it was not a problem. The breakfast room is busy at certain times and limited Western options but it was suitable. Location is good with this hotel. It is close to Dongdan station, only a few minutes walk away which is perfect for exploring Beijing. You are also around a 17 minute walk away from Wangfujing Street which is great.

Lia Hotel is a great place to stay with friendly and helpful staff at the reception, although their English skills were quite limited. The lobby was welcoming, and the room was exceptionally spacious, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. Everything was very clean and well-equipped, making it a pleasant experience. The breakfast was decent, though it primarily catered to Chinese tastes with limited international options. Despite that, the staff were attentive and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and appreciated the comfort and service it provided.

Comfortable and relatively modern hotel. The staff is very friendly and the structure is clean and in a very convenient location but the services could be improved: we asked for a breakfast pack having to leave early (6:30) but even if promised it was not provided because breakfast started at 7.00 and the laundry service we used gave us back a ruined dress.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was very convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and varied. Laundry was a definite plus traveling with family. The front desk was friendly and accommodating.

Recommended. Good location, nice room, friendly staff and clean.
