Thank you to the Manager and staff for your helpfuness. Generally, I enjoyed my stay and my room was clean upon my arrival. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff did not make my bed during my stay. I expected the sheets to be smooth and neatened. My dustbin in the bedroom was also not emptied yesterday because when I arrived at my room late yesterday afternoon, the dustbin was full to capacity. This morning after breakfast, my dustbin was still not emptied. The cleaning staff also did not sweep/vacuum because the dust I saw on the carpet was there throughout the weekend. I would like to suggest that you either change the carpets or wash them regularly or remove them completely because they make the room smells unpleasant. Thank you for changing the fridge. Unfortunately, this was was noisy during the night, but at least it smelled clean. Your hotel is beautiful but the overall cleanliness can improve. The entrance to your hotel should sparkle. You have the potential to progress to 5-Star, but it needs to be pristine all round.

The room is clean and the bed comfortable, the breakfast is more Chinese style. Not many western style breakfast options. I’ll stay there again. The front desk is helpful and kind.

It seems to be a Korean district with many Korean restaurants and visitors, close to the metro station just 5 mins of walk, they hotel staffs are nice and provide good services.

Awesome stay for a business traveler. Seamless ana pleasant experience all throughout. Will refer and consider this hotel to other friends who are going to Beijing! Thanks!

Great and very convenient place, really enjoyed staying there

Very good location- less than 10 minute walk to line 14/15 in an area that isn’t super crowded or bustling, robots that bring your delivery orders are amazing, staff is polite and helpful. Shout out to Xiao Wei in reception for helping to hold our bags after check out so we could grab some food on the way out. Housekeeping was very nice as well.

The hotel is nice and clean, everything looks modern and in good condition. The service is really good, the staff are nice and polite. 小单 a standout staff member upgraded us to a larger room. Memorable stay. There are also some good restaurants next door. I would like to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Good for a quick stay in Beijing. Not a far drive to the nightlife.

Good and clean. Nice sized room. Helpful staff, especially upon checkout when I needed help obtaining a full fapiao. Breakfast was decent, lots of cooked options and lots of fresh fruit. However the AC didn’t work in the room and it was 25 degrees in the room. Opening the windows helped to cool it down, but there was very loud construction outside which made opening the windows very disruptive towards sleep.
