Personalet var hjælpsomme og effektive. Morgenbuffeten fungerede godt for mig, da jeg kunne få mine grøntsager og frugter. Placeringen fungerede også for mig, da Xing Long Gong Yuan var inden for gåafstand. Ingen klager overhovedet. Mange madmuligheder rundt om hjørnet også.

Upon arrival, the hotel male staff from He Nan help me to upgrade to window room, help us carry lugagge go into room, even after check out, he also help us to carry lugagge bags and drop into the boot of car. Hotel provide laundry service which is ideal for us. Housekeeper at level2 very pleasant to provide us any amenities whenever we request. The room is clean but the shower head abit difficult to flush out heavy water which is about time to change it. Location is inconvenient for us as need to takes about 10-15mins to walk to train station especially during raining day. Overall is good experience, except for location.

I had an incredible stay at the Park Plaza Hotel. My room was very big, clean and with lots of amenities. The staff was very polite and kind in assisting me during my check-in. If you're in Beijing, I would really recommend you to stay in this hotel. Can't wait to come back!

This is an extraordinarily good hotel you will not believe how beautiful and comfortable the rooms are, the location is not central but the staff will book a Didi car for you and they will help you with anything you need using an electronic translation service. I have to thank Abby the Assistant Manager at front desk and Eric the Front Desk Manager for their attentive, super professional and helpful and kind service always with a smile. They have made me feel like a VIP during my stay and I wish cherish these memories for a long time to come and the best of it is that they are inexpensive!

Hotel is clean and comfortable. All the staff were really patient and friendly, when we were about to leave the hotel, the male staff stood in the cold with us to wait for our car, and helped to carry our luggage to the car. 赞哦赞赞赞 The location of the hotel is pretty far away from many attraction areas though, had to didi all day everyday. 🤪 Also, the room service staff helped my pig to put on blanket after reading my note, many thanks xoxo.💋

I recently stayed for three nights at Park Plaza Beijing and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was quite clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, spoke English. Though the hotel is a bit far from the Gaobeidian subway station, it was still manageable with a short taxi ride. One highlight of the stay was the beautiful river nearby, which offered a serene spot for walking and relaxing. Overall, a pleasant and peaceful stay in a nice part of Beijing.

Wonderful Hotel. Nice stay

A little out of the way from main attractions, but the hotel is new. There is a robot delivery service for those that want to place orders. Breakfast was a bit sparse, nothing much that is Western so you will need to get used to the Eastern variety of rice and noodles. For the room, it was large and comfortable just like the photos, but there were blood stains on the floor near the toilet that was not cleaned from the previous user so that was a bit shocking to discover. The staff were very kind — they helped with recommendations on where to go and timings to depart (traffic in the city can be quite bad), so that was a major plus. Do note however, staff are not exactly very proficient in English, they will use a translation app / device to address your queries in English so that may take some time. That being said, overall, very good service from the staff.

The location was a bit far from the actual city center; however, the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything good but if you want to do the touristic highlights you have to always ride a taxi(around 12km from downtown)
