The place was very wonderful and the people there are very nice and I will come back to them again. There is only a note on cleanliness. If they could raise its level more, this place would be the number one destination.

The room looks very good! Also, we liked the breakfast.
The only thing I didn't like was the noise. There was construction work and it was really noisy at the day time.

The only bad thing about this hotel is the staff. Me and my boyfriend checked in and we have registered on the counter. Then we went out for dinner. When we came back, there is a guard sitting beside the lift, keep asking us to scan QR code, without explaining what is the purpose, he even raise his voice and he is annoyed. We said we just checked in 3 hours ago and we went out for dinner, he didn’t care at all. Ascott is a 4 star hotel but with this kind of service, very disappointing.

The amenities are fantastic, with a washing machine in the apartment itself, quite useful for long travels. There is also a very well equipped gym and a large swimming pool. The apartment is furnished luxuriously and there is also a kitchen.
There are many restaurants and eateries just adjacent to the hotel, along with supermarkets. The nearest metro station is however about 5 to 8 minutes walk away.
The staff here are all helpful and polite. Special thanks to Cherry, who made my check-in process pleasant and is very helpful. Also many thanks to the cleaner Miao Hongyan who is meticulous and thoughtful when attending to our needs.
Will definitely stay there again!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and it was an absolute delight! This place is a haven for families seeking comfort and convenience. The room was incredibly spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably. My son was over the moon with the bathtub – it was a definite highlight of his stay!
One standout feature was the presence of two bathrooms, which proved to be a game-changer in terms of convenience. No more morning rush hour! I must give a special shout-out to the desk guy, Leo, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. His excellent service truly made a difference.
The location is also a major plus – surrounded by numerous restaurants, we were spoiled for choice when it came to dining options. It's a huge relief not having to venture far for a delicious meal.
All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a fantastic family experience. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit!

Great apartment hotel, the room was super spacious. Having two toilets was the best for family with two kids! The restaurant for breakfast was nice too, breakfast with good amount of choices. There were plenty of local delicacies nearby. It’s also nice to have a small grocery store at the lobby of the hotel opens until midnight. The swimming pool was nice too, with proper pool for swimmers and a small heated pool for kids! Excellent choice for family!
