First of all, in terms of location, it is 2km away from Wuzisueyuanlu subway station. The name of the 2nd hotel is City select hotel, which is incorrect. The real name of the hotel is City comfort hotel premier. Also, the contact number for the hotel that was sent via email did not work. No one spoke English. Room service was quick and the room was clean. To call a taxi, you need a Chinese number. If you have an E-Sim, you can call a taxi via wechat didi.

we stayed comfortable 8 day. very like it service and location good. room and lobby smell is nice. service staff friendly. breakfast delicious. room cleanese excellent nice experience😊

Hotel was very modern, new and overall comfortable and beautiful, our room was in 5th floor just in front of the elevator , very large and comfortable, very soft mattress and a lot of light which is very important for us, we had breakfast which was not the best but tasty (only minus there is no coffee but they promised to fix). Delivery was assigned to a robot, it was very cute and had English manual, stuff was very friendly and helpful, tho we didn’t face any problems at all, in the end we got a surprise gift bag with a mug, hand cream, thanks letter and a drink. Very pleasant experience staying there for a short time, close to universal studios for which we were there, we had a car but parked it in hotel’s parking lot and took subway 5 short stations away from universal bj.

Amazing hotel and very clean. My room was amazing. Will stay here next time when visiting Beijing! The girls at the reception was very helpful and polite, I want to thank them a lot!

This hotel is one of the best you can find in Tongzhou area if you're someone looking for that peace and tranquility away from the busy areas of Beijing. It will definitely be one of my go to hotels whenever I'm on a strict budget and need a decent place to sleep. The luxury of the rooms are top tier with all amenities. Too good 💯

前台服務很熱情酒店環境也很不錯性價比高有機器人送餐總體的體驗感還是不錯的每天都會打掃衞生還床單的話給前台説一聲就可以了。

房間寬敞，衞生整潔，設施完善，服務比較好，前台非常隨和，特別養眼漂亮。哈哈哈。完美一次商務出行。

這家酒店很不好！！！從一進門就看到一個放着快遞包裹的架子上面放了很多快遞，我以為我走錯地方了！！！而且衞生很不好破舊，亂七八糟不像是連鎖酒店！！！後與前台聊了一下這家不是連鎖酒店但是還掛着連鎖酒店的名字！！！掛羊頭賣狗肉嗎？？？這些還不算什麼！我和朋友正在休息唾覺突然間房門被打開了不知道怎麼回事就聽到你的房間需不需要消毒清理，我有點不知道怎麼回事了，然後我朋友説不需要！然後門就很用力的關上了，我想説的是那家連鎖酒店有這樣的服務沒經過客人同意的情況下就自己拿公用房卡把門打開先開門後問要不要打掃房間的！！！我看了一下手機當時是上午11點13分。它這家酒店是下午2點退房！起床後我與前台説這個事情的時候過來一位保潔阿姨我説是您開的我們的房間嗎？這位保潔阿姨態度惡劣強硬！説是經過了我們的同意才打開房間的！我想問一下第一沒到退房時間就算是到了退房時間也應該是電話告知我們房客的！第二你們為什麼不經過客人同意就打開房間門！我當時很是無語了！當時我如果門不上鎖您就進來了！還不誠認是先開門後問我的，大家説説看看有那家酒店這樣的，是有人故意讓你這樣做的還是您不知道酒店的規定呢？？？前台人員告訴我會給我個合理的解釋！！！我看看你們給我什麼樣的合理的解釋！！！等

客房價格變動很大，同一房間運氣好能便宜不少，運氣差則要貴好幾十，房間衞生需要加強 ，附近的交通不咋方便，要去北京的景點需要很長時間。
