Parents enjoyed stay very much. Rooms were neat and clean, and lots of restaurants and fast food nearby. Good for families, and extremely convenient if you plan on going to universal studios.

We are a family of three adults, we booked this hotel for two weeks in separate booking, just in case if we decided to move to another hotel. This is our second week booking of the hotel. The hotel is a short 5-10 minutes of walking distance from Wanshengdong subway station (Wanshengdong station is very close to Universal Beijing Resort so it is about one hour of travelling by subway to the centre (Ring 1) of Beijing). Upon arrival, the reception lady was friendly, quick an efficient. Checkout was also quick, friendly and efficient. Our bedroom was clean, warm (even the floor is heated - temperature outside was between -2C to -8C), smoke free and looks great - basically everything looks like in the photos, services and amenities were as stated in Trip.com . They also provide free hot lemon water and tea in the lobby, which was perfect on our return to the hotel from the very cold weather outside. We made full use of self-service laundry facilities. We asked the receptionists several times to help us with our travelling plan, they have been extremely helpful. In fact, despite speaking very little English, all the hotel staff were very helpful, from the receptionists to the hotel cleaners. Around the hotels, there are many good eating houses, eat what locals eat and pay what locals pay, so very pocket friendly too. There are many mini supermarkets too, and you can walk about 10 minutes to reach a bigger supermarket in another shopping area. We truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel!

Close the metro station. We arrived at the hotel by metro and took around 40 minutes from the city center. Around the hotel, it seems clean. The hotel staff were friendly. But the noise of the train frequently comes into the room which was a little bit noisy

Lobby is very beautiful. The only disappointment I have is if your room doesn’t have window during winter, it’ll be hot and no air. The cooling fan isn’t strong enough and it’s hot. I demanded an upgrade for free which they did and I appreciate it. It’s really hot with no air conditioning. It’s not that cold yet but they already off the air conditioning system. Breakfast is pick up at lobby from 7am. Shuttle bus is first come first serve no registration or booking. Refer to time table on front desk. Not bad location for US. Near mtr.

Affordable hotel with great service. Highly recommended

We had a family room, which was a lovely size room. It is very easy for families wanting to go to Universal Studios Beijing, as there is a bus service from the hotel.

酒店服務很好，有班車去環球影城很方便，因為是集中供暖加無窗的原因，房間裏特別特別熱，南方來的有點適應不了，晚上實在熱的睡不着，問客服借了風扇才有所緩解。

Хороший отель, было тепло, чисто, вода, напитки в минибаре (странные), не слишком далеко от метро, местоположение выбиралось из-за близости к Юниверсал. Отель предоставляет трансфер, но не пользовалась, так как не знала как соберусь хаха Рядом макдак

服務很棒，早上有去環球影城的班車，前台小姐姐超nice是~就是凌晨兩點房間門鎖沒電了一直在響，雖然很快就有人來修理了但是建議酒店之後定期檢查一下門鎖的電量

有環球免費接送車，早餐麥當勞，房間寬敞，最重要特別特別的暖和，超出預期的喜歡，會推薦給朋友
