The location is amazing everything is close by and the street is amazing. Room is autentic but at some places not that clean as you expect for the price. Overall good stay and nothing to complain. Service for tourist could be better.

Receptionist insisted we opened our luggages wide open for her to scan inside, and we complied because we felt we had no choice. Even after she inspected our luggage and insisted on it, we would have kept our booking for the full 3 nights if the rooms were not so disgusting. They lied to Trip.com and said they only scanned our luggage and our luggages were not opened as we objected. However, despite questioning why they needed to open our luggage, we did indeed comply and opened our luggage wide as she scanned as we typical Aussies who didn't want fuss. All 3 of our luggage were indeed opened at scanned. Omour jigsaw was for an 81 year old woman (my mother who poses no threats to anyone), my husband and mine, after midnight and exhausted. We had contacted the day before to let them know our flight would land around 11pm so we would be late. We had booked 1 nt and then 2 nts in another booking that had free cancellation, just in case it was no good. We only cancelled the other 2 nights because the rooms were so gross. . I wish Trip.com site would publish good AND BAD reviews. If the site refuse to publish real reviews that are uncomplimentary, then things like this happen to people like us who have holiday experiences like this that almost ruin our stay in one city. So please publish all reviews, good AND bad. The sink was cracked, walls were dirty, gross and had holes in them. Shower flooded when my husband tried to take a shower. Such a disappointment because we spent a long time choosing the hotel after reading lots of reviews.

The hotel was the perfect location, it was very close and convenient to every tourist attraction. The room we booked was on the smaller side and very cramped, but it was overall still manageable. Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel and wouldn’t mind booking with them again if I were to go to Beijing again.

The hotel is very cute in a traditional Chinese style and it's also in an excellent location. Where the hotel is outside is a walking street but close to the road for drop off. The neighborhood around is authentic and peaceful. All the staff have been very sweet and helpful with us. The bed and the room were very nice too. In the room it was very quiet and there is AC.

Hotel is located at the tourist attraction, the Qianmen Street. Is quite noisy and bad smell of cigarettes around. They permitted guests to smoke inside the room which caused linens stained with smoke smells 🫣🫣🫣 hotel has no lift as u have to carry your own baggages. 15 minutes walk to Qianmen Metro station. You can get a Tourist Bus No 1 heading to Great Wall by walking about 15 minutes from the hotel. Bus fare to Great Wall (Badaling) is 60Yuan/person for each way.

Nice location, receptionist is very friendly. Just the room is bit small. Overall is good

The experience was great, the receptionist, 小花, was really helpful and kind when she was helping me with the check-in. The service they offered was great; they helped tidy my room up every day and even helped me collect my parcel while I was out of the hotel. Facilities-wise, though the room was not big, it had everything it should have. The room was clean and gave a very authentic vibe of how locals are staying

Great hotel, authentic location, quiet and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of places to eat and things to see around. There is wi-fi in the room. If we are ever in Beijing again, we will definitely stay here.

A really nice guesthouse, has everything you need. It's in a lovely location, perfect for people who want to pop in and out. Quick walk to all the tourist spots, street markets and can ramble around a Hutong if you fancy! 🥰

The hotel is located in the heart of tourist life, on the most popular pedestrian street with thousands of different shops and restaurants. On the right corner of the hotel there is a travel agency with the best offers for foreigners. The staff is very kind and attentive. But... The number shocked us. I’m tiny, without windows, with dampness, everything is very old, there was nothing to breathe... The price for a room changes at the speed of sound... We rented for one night for (I don’t remember exactly) something like $56, the next day the same room for extension already cost $80. For those like us who only sleep and shower in their room, I recommend living away from the center near a metro station.
