Easy to find. Very well located and connected. No elevator but the staff always helps. No separation in the shower.

The hotel is super nice and very close to the metro. There are nice restaurants around. Our room smelled like cigarettes initially, but when we asked to switch rooms, the staff was very helpful and moved us. There is however some noise overnight, probably coming from the nearby hotel.

Our first hotel and really happy with them. Al of them help us with everything and take care of all the little details. They help us to use the mobile apps, they give us an umbrella when rains. The best ones! Totally recommendable :)

Nice hotel! 3 min walk from subway.Shops and pharmacy are near. Around there are lots of places to eat. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Room is being cleaned every day. Free snacks and drinks at the reception.

The room was very nice and clean, they we’re changing towels and bin bags every day and housekeeping staff were so nice. There is a small coffee station downstairs, is so helpful. The position it’s amazing, it’s very close to a metro station; there is a small park just outside.The girls were amazing very nice, kind and very helpful, especially Jia yuying she is a superstar, always ready to help you. Thank you so much, definitely coming back here. It’s the best hotel we’ve been so far around the world.

The room was good but a bit small which i didn't mind. The main issue is with excessive heating that can't be controlled due to central heating - it was uncomfortable to be in the room. Staff were sweet, free water and tea, short walk to metro station
