Would highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Staff are very kind and helpful. Lovely lobby lounge for afternoon tea and drinks. The pool is a decent size and nice sauna. The buffet breakfast has a great assortment. We loved the fortune cookies each morning and the delicious donuts. Perfect location if you are visiting Universal Studios Beijing or a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown Beijing. It is about an hour by taxi to central Beijing.

Good service and reception staffs can speak english very well. Warm temperature pool and standard fitness. The room is spacious and modern style. Reasonable price !!!!. I highly recommend if you plan universal studio beijing trip.

The entire stay was fabulous, the room was amazing and we had an early access to Beijing Universal Studios. The food was also delicious and diverse.

Great location! Wish there were more western offerings.  Clean rooms and very one is very attentive.  We wish the air conditioner got colder.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were helpful, the in room dining was so yummy, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is that breakfast is very expensive in this hotel so we decided to just eat out as much cheaper.

The room is huge and bed is very comfortable. Amenities is great and overall luxurious

Olivia and Sunny were very helpful in making our stay extraordinary. Our family of seven had a fantastic time. Beautiful, peaceful hotel with wonderful amenities and easy access to Universal. A very memorable time for our family.

1 hour early access to park is very much worth it. But you can only enjoy Harry Potter ride and The minions. The rest have to wait until park opening time.

Amazing hotel and amazing service. Everywhere you walk, there is a very helpful and polite staff serving you. Hotel amenities are really mordern and up to date. Really enjoyed our stay. It was only about 5 minutes walk to Universal Studios Beijing. We would definitely come back here to stay again!

The hotel is absolute top and exceeded my wildest expectations. The staff are incredibly attentive, warm and friendly and are always ready to help (even if you haven't asked, there is always a member of staff who will ask you if they can help with anything). I was quite impressed with the service. I booked an Executive Studio (higher class) and the associated extras are highly recommended. The room is also worth it. An extra compliment to the people at the 'Reception' department! I had a little problem that was resolved very professionally and with the right attitude, for which many thanks. I will definitely come back here.
