It's a mixed review. The staff was amazing, all young people with a very good English, very helping with booking for all the Beijing actractions. Thank you a lot for all!
But the problems arrive with the structure. The room needs a renovation and was a little dirty. The toilet get clogged some times. The washing machine and the clothes dryer were very dirty.

It was a great choice for a hotel in beijing, all staff speaks English, some even French. Everyone is very caring and helpful. The rooms look exactly the same as in the pictures, the cleanliness is beyond great, the breakfast tastes amazing, the location is perfect as it is close to everything. I even befriended Mr Yang, the manager, who recommended all the touristic places, helped me with setting up WeChat Pay, bicycle apps and much more. I even went back for a second time, after my journey in china, with direct contact of the hotel and it felt like I'm back home again. I highly recommend it for anyone who's going through beijing, words aren't enough.

The hotel has a fantastic location, in a quiet hutong in the heart of the city, and just a 5-min walk from the nearest subway entrance. It's pleasant to walk around, and there are many restaurants and bars nearby. The service from the staff is great: they speak English or use a translator app when needed, they're happy to share recommendations on what to visit etc. My room was a bit small and basic though, with a broken shower head and malfunctioning A/C when I arrived. This was luckily fixed within a few hours after I informed the reception, and it's a cheap hotel compared to other places in Beijing so all in all I was satisfied. Note that I booked the "Smart Memory Foam Mattress room" but it was not a memory foam mattress, just a regular hard one.

I really like this hotel. The staff was so nice to us and helped us in every way possible. The location is near a metro so it was very easy for us to move around. Will definitely be back! The manager was all kinda of helpful and helped us book tickets to The Great Wall. It’s such a quiet and cozy area. I really enjoyed my stay.

very friendly staff, the only hotel i had in my whole china travels where the staff spoke english. super charming location, very quick walk to the well connected metro station, beds were pretty firm and hotel a little difficult to find but can’t really complain, everything was great. loved staying here and will definitely come back next time i’m in beijing.

The room is quite small, and the nearest metro station doesn’t have any elevator, so it’s difficult when traveling with large luggage. There’s only escalators upwards, but no escalators downwards.
