Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, particularly the gentleman with glasses on nights and the lady with the low ponytail on day/evening shifts. Both were quick to pull out the translation app and answer any questions. Never made me feel like an inconvenience for only speaking English. The gentleman kindly helped bringing my lugguage downstairs when checking out early in the morning, and assisted with communicating with the taxi driver. Free fruits and a selection of soft drinks, water and teas/coffee replenished daily when the room is cleaned. Slippers and an amenity kit were provided. Black out curtains in room. Beds are comfortable. Short walk to Qianmen Station which is well connected for getting around the city. Near Dashilan which is great for shopping and local food. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Tiny room. We’re upgraded to a larger room, but even so, space is small. Staff is kind and helpful, but does not speak English at all. Located 12 min from metro station. Good hotel amenities.

Great location. Juz right beside qianmen. Didi can't choose the drop off outside the hotel but u can juz walk abit to the hotel. The hotel is pretty. With free performance at the courtyard. Room is pretty small. Which is the only down point. But service from the desk is great n friendly. Free bottle water n fruits !

This little gem is 20 min away by foot from the Southern Tiananmen Square entrance, in the middle of Hutongs and with Dashilar district close by. A classic inn with tiny, but modern rooms and a beautifully decorated inner court. Their most precious feature though is the kind and friendly staff. They helped with my luggage (2 floors without elevator), organized a shuttle to the flag-rising ceremony at 4 am, helped with any issues and offered luggage storing after check-out. In the evening you can listen to a talented lady playing Guzheng, Chinese zither, in the courtyard. A lovely experience.

所有員工都很熱情，很主動幫忙搬行李，出門也主動給我們瓶裝水 。 有一天晚上需要洗衣服，但人比較多，前台直接幫我排隊，洗好送回我房間 。 房間很舒服 。床墊是高級貨 。 我們一家在北京過半時間都住這，出行方便 ，不用租車 。

酒店地址就在大柵欄斜對面，環境很乾凈，冬天房間還有地暖，雖然房間比較小，但是住得還是很滿意，房間每天有水果，冰箱裏的飲料全免費。酒店服務一級棒，前台有梨湯供應，每次出門還會送上温的飲用水，太暖心了。下次去北京，還會入住的。

位置:五個星沒得事，馬路邊 打車也方便。 衞生:美居的標準，有求必應。 服務:我的外賣都是工作人員送上來的，服務好。 唯一就是房間小了點 但是這種寸土寸金的地方，也正常，可以理解。還是推薦，我住的很好，雖然是以前老旅館改的 但是房間非常隔音，尤其是雖然馬路邊 但是晚上很安靜的，包子們可以放心沖。

做了很多的攻略，從小紅書的評論區找到的這個酒店，我真的台愛了，價格適中，服務非常到位，水果飲料零食都有提供。還有古箏表演和免費換古風裙拍照。帶孩子去的話有個院子有活動空間，非常適合。主要是，地理位置也非常好，去天安門步行十多分鐘。周邊吃的也很好，烤鴨，火鍋，烤肉都很好吃。強烈推薦這個酒店，一定不會不踩雷

500米左右的價格，性價比很高。工作人員服務態度很好，能及時解決要求。地段很好，天天跑人民廣場，遊覽約到不同日期，很方便，步行10分鐘左右。注意門口道路是單行。離大柵欄50米左右。周邊步行10分鐘內有地鐵和公交。 房間比較小，我帶的28寸行李箱不能平鋪。雙床房間空間尤其小一些。躺床上能通過洗漱鏡看見對面的浴室和廁所，把衣櫃玻璃門打開就能遮擋並解決這個問題了。大床房似乎不能解決這個問題。酒店使用地暖，不乾燥。房間空氣沒有異味，公共四合院區域有點點油煙的味道，基本不影響。總體不錯。 老四合院房型，三層樓，沒有電梯，工作人員幫我把箱子提上三樓。
