The private hot spa was amazing. The staff are so polite and helpful. Definitely recommend

A perfect hotel for a cute one night stay in the heart of the water town. We used the free luggage service at the main town check in, so we didn't need to carry our bags through the town. We wandered for about an hour to reach the hotel, stopping constantly to take photos or pop into shops. Walking directly it would be around 20 minutes or there's a free transfer bus. The room was huge, with lots of space to spread luggage out, a huge private hot spring outside and a small sauna room. The staff brought us some free cakes and tea which were very tasty and we relaxed in the robes and slippers provided. We had the Western breakfast which was good and large.

The hotel was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the private hot spring and fresh fruit platter that came with it.

Excellent service and support by the hotel staff. Upgrae us from room B to room A and knowing we got few big lugguage, they have help to bring the lugguage to our room and able to checkout from the room and the cleaner bring us through hotel passage and bus to bring us to the carpark or bus terminal. Thanks for the good service.

Nice and silent Hotel in a very pleasant environment. Type B rooms have also their private hot spring pool. Breakfast which is in the hotel next to was very good and western like.

We got a free upgrade from room C to room B. Room is spacious and comes with an indoor private hot spring. They also serve a small afternoon tea set. great logistic service within the theme park, hotel will offer to transport luggage to car parks upon check out.

Nice room with onsen and sauna

Very good service, super friendly and supportive staff, everything looked like new, spotless. They even gave us a cute candles as present for our stay. Would definitely recommend :)

房間乾淨整潔，復古風格，孩子很喜歡。白天逛完晚上泡個温泉解乏舒服。酒店服務也很好，遇到的每位工作人員都會打招呼，積極迴應各種問題。下午茶的點心很好吃。早餐分為中式和西式，樣式豐富，味道也還不錯。酒店位置離景點都不太遠，逛逛歇歇很方便。

十三妹是古北裡面帶私湯的酒店，一直很想訂，尤其是雙床房還挺搶手的，這次終於訂到了。酒店在望京樓附近，算是景區比較靠裡麪的酒店了。房間真的很大，帶一個獨立私密泡池，一個桑拿房，衞生間，淋浴間設計都很合理。 酒店的服務也是熱情細心的，維護很不錯，衞生狀況也 ok。自助早餐雖然樣式不多，但都很經典，而且準備很細心，因為我們想去古北之光游泳，經理還特意帶我們抄近道過去併為我們回來留了門，最後的最後，我還把運動手錶忘在酒店了，服務人員還有幫忙快遞回來，實在太感謝了！滿意的入住體驗！

酒店很乾凈，離日月島很近，特別方便看晚上的無人機表演，客服小姐姐很熱情，每次進出都幫我們撩門簾，汗蒸私湯特別滿意，尤其是家裡有個愛玩水的小屁孩，簡直太完美了，一池水接滿，小屁孩玩美的不要不要的了，直呼"不要退房，要一直住下去"

Отель предложил замену на Royal Hot Spring Boutique Hotel, room type: Deluxe Family Room B. Отель в стиле рёкан. Территория отеля большая и чистая. Номер оформлен в японском стиле. Завтрак принесли в номер. Прекрасный отель. Рядом с канатной дорогой на китайскую стену.

Reservé una habitación en este hotel (no era barato) y cuando llegué al parque, me dijeron que el hotel estaba cerrado. No existía mi reserva. Yo había pagado y recibido la confirmación de mi reserva. Lo único bueno es que el encargado de recibirme en el parque me dio una habitación aún mejor en otro hotel sin coste adicional. Muy mala reseña para el hotel, pero muy muy buena reseña para el chico que me ayudó a darme otra habitación

酒店位置在日月島附近，雖處繁華地段，但鬧中取靜，訂的C房型給升級了A房型，帶小院私湯，泡完湯直接桑拿洗澡一條龍，太讚了。
