Breakfast has variety; Western and Chinese. There are new items every one to two days. The brewed coffee is good. The room is big. After accommodating two double beds, there is ample space to put our luggage and other things. One to two universal sockets are available. Plenty of sockets strategically installed. The washing machine and dryer are effective and easy to use. We found our room warm and couldn’t sleep on the 4th day. We enquired at the front office and was told that they have switched to heating. The staff suggested that we open our window to let the cold air in and not switch on the heater. Room door won’t close completely. It didn’t have a click sound. We have to physically make sure that it is locked. A safe is unavailable. The bath gel ran out on the last day while I was in the middle of a bath.

Nice staff. Found it strange that the signs in the hotel and elevator refer to a bar and snack ship (in both English and Chinese) but neither of those things seemed to exist. Rooms were fine. AC didn't really seem to be working well and was very noisy. There was a light that came on automatically under the mini fridge that didn't seem to have a way to turn off. Perhaps I missed the switch, but that was quite disruptive to sleep. Overall a fine experience, breakfast was good. Recommend for a short stay.

Pro: Great staffs, easy check ins and check outs. Room was big. There was a luckin coffee branch in the lobby, so convenient. Breakfast buffet was good, and free use of laundry room available 24/7. There's small convenience store in front of lobby. Cons: Location is next to railway, so only for train enthusiasts, otherwise you'll be up until the last train and be woken up at the first train.... No aircon in the room, only heater during the winter, no matter the setting in the hvac control panel. So the choices are either be stuffed in or open the window and be disturbed by the traffic noises. A bit far from the nearest mrt station, walk 8-9 minutes along a barren road. Overall, ok hotel, but wished the location could be better.

Nice hotel and convient if you are staying on the west side of the city.

The strong smell of cigarette in the hallway and in the room even the hotel claimed that it's non-smoking hotel which is not meet international Hilton standard at all. I stayed for 2 nights, changed 4 rooms to stay. If get rid off the strong smell of cigarette, the hotel is going to be perfect because the room is clean and in good condition, good-service mind of the staffs especially Leo. Eventhough the staffs are bearly to speak English, but they are willing to help
