Room cleanliness is tip-top. Room is spacious with 1 king and 1 queen sized beds good for family of 4. Comfortable sofa to sit and enough space to put our 3 luggages. Smart toilet with auto bidet. And strong water pressure with instant warm water. Complementary fruits plate every morning! Location is unparalleled- Hepingmen metro is just at door step, next door is Quanjude (main branch). Tiananmen security post is just 10 mins brisk walk away. Qianmen street also nearby, spoil for breakfast choices from MacDonald to zhajiangmian, etc. Service staff was courtesy. They crew on the early morning of our departure even switched on the lobby lights when we were leaving for airport, and offered us gifts of chocolates. Room is on the pricier side, but it’s worth it considering the comfort and location.

Nice and Cian hotel in great locations, about a minute walk from Hepingmen metro entrance,and about 15-20 mins walk from Tian'anmen Square. 李奖琪 and the rest of the staff made me feel very welcome, and were quick to solve any problems (my key card stopped working and got fixed within minutes). Good budget hotel if you want to stay near a metro stop, and you get little biscuits and fruit in your room every day which was a lovely touch!

I got upgraded for no fee to a family room. The room was big, clean and location was very very good. Very friendly receptionists who clearly work very hard. Highly recommend

Location is very good for this hotel, just a short walk from the metro exits. room is slightly old. Rain shower is not functioning well and the water splashes everywhere.

Overall, I had a good experience staying at this hotel. The hotel is close to the main attractions and 1 min away from the subway station/bus station. But, the AC was not working so the room was very hot.
