we arrived before noon and were glad that we given early check-in to our room that was upgraded to one with windows. we had complete amenities which were replenished every day like toothbrushes and towels. the room has a tatami style bed as well as separate shower and toilet. in the lobby area, there is a refreshment area as well as an area for you to eat and work. we were also able to order taobao and have it sent directly to the hotel. overall, this was an excellent stay and we will certainly choose this again when we return to beijing!

The loft room is big and comfortable for a group of friends. Location is near train station which is convenient. Highly recommended for the price and convenience. Will return to stay again if I visit Beijing in future.

Good for family stay with queen bed x2 available. Very near to MRT station with walking distance 2-3mins only. Surrounding many mini mart, food and restaurant. Highly recommended.

The staff could not have been more wonderful. They helped us with our non-working apps, booked us a taxi and re-froze ice blocks I needed for medication. The room was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Easy walk to the metro and lots of shops and restaurants close by. A great stay.

Good location in non touristy area. Close to hutongs. Kids loved the unlimited fizzy drinks and little snacks. Close to metro and restaurants and little shops. Helpful staff. Nice room with downstairs area for kids. Would recommend. From NZ family.

The room is clean. The staff service is very friendly and nice. I confirmed will to stay this hotel again. Location quite nice to Metro. My kids like it as they can stay own bed at downside. Good if came with family.

Very clean and comfy, superb location right next to the metro, the only downside was the thin walls (you could hear everything that was going on in the hallway) + the fact that we didn’t have a window, and that the front desk staff barely spoke English. Everyone was extremely nice though, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Beijing. PS go visit the summer palace if you have the time, we had a splendid day there, and it’s on the same metro line as the hotel. The temple of previous dynasties (Lidai Diwang Miao) is right around the corner as well!

Perfect location! Close to everything! Only dowside is the room is a bit and the area dowstairs makes plumbing noises every now and then which can be very annoying. Overall, nice reception and you get unlimited drinks!

Wonderful hotel, a lot of space in the family room. The addition of the kind of 'outside room' I meant we had enough space for huge luggages. Quality of the room and hotel was very high. Service at the hotel was great, breakfast was great. Location is very interesting and close to major sites while being not overly touristed. Price value extremely good. Would check the hotel first next time in Beijing!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room is confortable and very quiet. My kids enjoyed having their own bed downstairs and also watching movies in the projector. The hotel is very well located with many subway stations around, and walking distance from Tian’anmen Square. There’re a lot of shops and restaurants around. We’ll certainly come back.

Hotel staff was helpful and friendly, very responsive with my request. However I feel they should improve on their cleanliness, towel was found with dirty mark on it.

Toilet and bathroom are facing and beside the kingbed. People poo, people wee, people bathe, you will enjoy all the smell and scenic shadow view. The staircase are too dangerous for old folks and toddler/ small children. But compliment to warm and helpful staff, free self service washing and drying at basement, free and unlimited chilled soft drinks after 38'c hot days in summer, Children enjoy movie with projector at basement room. Adults enjoy yard at night with chilled beers and snacks. Good and reasonable price of local restaurants next doors. Overall was good experience with family duplex room for 6 nights in Beijing.
