The location is very convenient. Very close to the metro and convenient to go around the places. The walking distance to look for food. The mall is very near too. The room's cleanliness is ok.

All I have to complain about my room is that it's too small for 2 people (but I traveled alone so no problem with that) Everything was OK. The water is good, there's even music playing in the bathroom while showering. 😂 Location is excellent. Just 100+ meter from Jinyu Hutong Metro. You can enjoy shopping at Wangfujing in the evening and walk back to the hotel easily. If I have the chance to come back to Beijing again, I will choose staying at Lavande Hotel.

Low ceiling hotel then feeling the room was so small and baht room door could not be locked. Even staying with friends but you need to be aware yourself for the unlocked door when taking shower.

Convenient location, average cleanliness and food. The shower drainage blocks after two mins of turning on the tap.

The security to rooms are there but rooms are not soundproof thus hearing ppl talk and kids shouting. For taxi pickup or drop off was inconvenient as ask to move away further or change location as the building doesn’t allow waiting infront of the entrance. There was construction and thus the noise can be heard even at night. However, locations as well the staff friendliness make up to it. Thus if ignoring and walking some distance doesn’t hurt then it’s actually a great place to stay in.

The location is superb! Just behind jinyu hutong metro station, Line 8, exit C. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended .

The hotel location is fantastic. Cleanliness is superb. However the toilet bowl is not auto. We purposely overnight to eat the peeling duck. My daughter love it

This hotel was very difficult to find. Their direction signs are not clearly seen from the outside of the building. The hotel is on the 4th and 5th floor of an office building. The building itself seems like it's under construction or it's just really poorly maintained. The room has been refurbished at least once, but not very well. It's a one level system until you get to the far side of the bed where it's on a higher level, but you won't know that until you trip over the new floor height and smash your head on the wall adjacent to the rise in floor level. The breakfast was....really not worth the money. It should either be free or they should just scrap it all together The shower was excellent. The towels are new and soft, yet very helpful to remove the water from you. The bed was the masterpiece. It is large, firm and flat. The room rate is too high for this particular hotel by about 25% Keith
