The hotel is clean. For coffee lovers, Starbucks is conveniently located on the first floor. There is a wide variety of foods in the breakfast.

Came here to celebrate a friends birthday and have a staycation in Beijing. It was a great area for walking and finding good food. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the overall environment was bright and clean. The big downside was the pool. It was full of kids and swimming coaches all day. There were swimming classes all day Sunday, so don’t go here expecting to use the pool. It will be too full for guests.

I arrived very early but the hotel was super accommodating and they let me in right away which after 15 hours of travelling was very welcomed. The room is nice and clean, and it was close to the Cadillac arena where I attended an event. I recommend this hotel.

I know it’s my fault that i have book the wrong date but i have ask them if i can change the date because i still want to stay in their hotel but the answer is NO!!! So i paid money for nothing. So pls check your month and date carefully before booking

Overall, a very nice experience staying here. Extremely friendly and helpful staff made the stay welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great. Only small issue was that we couldn't really use or enjoy the pool because of constant swim lessons. Overall, however, a great place.

It was a delicious breakfast, and I was given one extra for a friend because it was my birthday. Unfortunately, the pool was used for children's lessons most of the weekend. I was happy with the hotel & location and would stay again.

Exquisite stay indeed. Service were top notch as the crew of Holiday Inn definitely well trained, 5 stars appreciation for GSM, FO, Floor attendant, Bar MNG to concierge including security. As they were polite and very helpful with all my needs. The communication were easy and prompt reply and action was taken accordingly. Room I’ve stayed were big enough and clean but just a smelling little damp and needed some refresher. But nonetheless, I am quite pleased with my stay and definitely will comeback. Thank you very much!

Location was not awsome for short time travelers, takes around 10 subways stops to reach Forbidden City, otherwise it was very good hotel. Service was very good.
